hier zie je de oude grotten en duiventillen als basis van Uçhisar Castle Uçhisar Castle, de hoogste rotsformatie van de regio. Je gids vertelt je over geologische processen die dit unieke landschap hebben gevormd. Hier heb je wat vrije tijd om zelf te verkennen.
Kaymaklı Underground City, de grootste ondergrondse nederzetting die tot nu toe is ontdekt. Het heeft 12 niveaus die met elkaar verbonden zijn door smalle tunnels en rotsladders. Je bezoekt dierenstallen, opslagruimten voor voedsel en wapens, een kerk, wijnmakerij, oliepers, keuken, klaslokalen en andere delen van de 5 niveaus die open zijn voor bezoekers. Je gids vertelt hoe en waarom Undergraundcity is gemaakt en hoe mensen deze geweldige plek gebruikten voor veiligheid in gevaarlijke tijden.
Openluchtmuseum, een verborgen vallei waar je veel uit de rotsen gehouwen kerken en de bijbehorende gebouwen kunt zien; vooral de eetzaal ontstond uit de 10e tot de 12e eeuw en staat bekend om de bijzondere kamers (refectorieën) en keukens. Deze kerken waren fresco's die de muren en plafonds sierden. Elke kerk heeft verschillende schilderijen. Door de speciale techniek die wordt gebruikt, kunnen de kleuren net zo levendig zijn als toen ze voor het eerst werden geschilderd, tot duizend jaar geleden. De schilderijen waren belangrijke informatiebronnen voor de mensen van die tijd, van wie de meesten niet konden lezen of schrijven. Avanos, een klein stadje dat bekend staat om zijn keramiek, je krijgt de kans om de kunst zelf uit te proberen.
LUNCH
Paşabağ waar spectaculaire paddestoelvormige rotsformaties te zien zijn. Dit is de beste plek om de beroemde 'sprookjesachtige schoorstenen' van dichtbij te bekijken. Paşabağ wordt ook wel de Monnikenvallei genoemd vanwege de kapel van Sint Simeon die zich hier bevindt.
devrent Valley, ook wel bekend als İmagination Valley. Deze vallei bevat veel vreemd gevormde rotsen die meestal rood van kleur zijn. Reizigers bezoeken deze merkwaardige plek al eeuwenlang, met een verscheidenheid aan verklaringen voor wat ze zien. Enkele van de meest voorkomende vormen zijn; een kameel, een hagedis, een uil, een slang, een kip, een hand, een pinguïn - je doet je eigen ontdekkingen!
Göreme Panorama, een prachtige stop om de beroemde sprookjesachtige schoorstenen te bekijken.

We had an unforgettable experience in Cappadocia, all thanks to our amazing guide, Tugba. She went above and beyond by customizing the tour package to suit the unique needs of our family, which included three generations—from our youngest at 5 years old to our eldest at 70. Tugba took exceptional care of everyone, making sure all of us were comfortable and engaged throughout the trip. Our little one is already missing her! Not only is Tugba an exceptional guide, but she is also a wonderful photographer who captured stunning moments of our adventure. Without a doubt, she is the best guide we have ever had. We highly recommend her to anyone visiting Cappadocia!

Our guide Baran B. adeptly introduced us to the geography, with some discussion of geology, as well as the relevant history of the region in polished English. The tour itself was structured such that we did not spend much time in the car driving between sites. This was a good value. The company sincerely cares about the tourists.

Our guide Mustafa was really fantastic!!! One of us was not feeling well, so he switched up our schedule and tailored the whole day perfectly to make sure we could see everything with minimum time spent in the hot sun. He’s a Cappadocia local, very very friendly, and exceptionally knowledgeable! He gave us tons of cool information about the long and interesting history of the area and all the many things we saw, spoke great English, and everything was very easy to understand. Much better than doing a separate “Red Tour” and “Green Tour”, we could cover all the sights in a single day, and he is flexible to add or change anything to suit us. It’s excellent value for money and I would totally recommend him to anyone wanting to see all the best highlights and Cappadocia attractions in a single day tour. Our driver Nurullah was good and safe, and the car was cool and very comfortable too. Thank you so much Mustafa, I can definitely 10/10 recommend your tour to anyone who visits here!!
