Dit is een tour voor diegenen die intiemer willen zijn. Het is ideaal voor gezinnen of romantische uitjes. De mogelijkheden zijn eindeloos en we doen ons uiterste best om u een ervaring te bezorgen die u nooit zult vergeten. Of het nu is om een speciale gelegenheid te vieren of puur om de aandacht helemaal voor jezelf te hebben, er is geen betere manier om het eiland te verkennen dan met een gepassioneerde gids en een Land Rover of een Open Portugese UMM. We zijn absoluut flexibel. We kunnen wandelingen maken, de bossen en bergen bezoeken, zwemmen in rotspoelen, lokale bars en restaurants proberen en nog veel meer. We hebben het voertuig, de rijvaardigheid en de creativiteit om je naar plaatsen op het eiland te brengen waarvan je nooit dacht dat ze bestonden!

Vanaf Funchal via Câmara de Lobos, op weg naar Ribeira Brava gaan we over de oude wegen.
We beginnen aan de zuidwestelijke kust en stoppen voor een drankje, daarna vervolgen we onze weg naar het plateau tot 1500m hoogte waar we boven de wolken zullen zijn.
zoals in het vliegtuig :). Hier gaan we stoppen voor de lunch en een bad nemen in de natuurlijke vulkanische zwembaden. Na onze lunch rijden we langs de dorpjes aan de noordkust en onze gidsen zullen verbazingwekkende zeekliffen met weelderige vegetatie laten zien, waaronder enkele van de beste watervallen van het eiland.

Fantastic day! Miguel was a wonderful guide! He taught us so much about the island and took us to so many beautiful places we would have never been able to get to in a rental car! Absolutely wonderful day! Can not recommend this tour enough! My three boys said it was their favorite day on the island. 10 out of 10!
We had an incredible journey around the island with Big John. He brought us to so many beautiful places with amazing diversity of scenery. Big John is a passionate native of the island and was able to enlighten us on the island history and what it is like to live on Madeira. We stopped at a great coffee cafe spot on the beach and he got us the best table in a restaurant for lunch overlooking the Porto Moniz natural swimming pools and guided us to the best native dishes on the menu. We highly recommend this tour it was really awesome.
Miguel was amazing! He was able to share so much history and fun facts about the island in a wonderful day trip! We feel like we were able to see so much in our very short trip to the island and he made it well worth it! We hope to return in the future and do another tour with him!
Miguel is a terrific host, guide and driver. The day was full of adventure, beautiful sights, knowledge sharing and at a perfect pace. Great value!
In short, everything was great. Pickup was on time, the driver and tour guide were very friendly and competent. The tour was very well planned and informative. Explanations were clear. Lunch was perfectly planned, and there was also time for a walk. In total, 1.5 hours. We saw a lot during the tour around the island. Approximately. 8 hours. Tour guide Miguel, who also speaks German, is highly recommended.
Our driver/guide Joāo / John was a lively, cheerful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic companion. He tweaked his planned itinerary to meet some of our special interests and included important not-to-be-missed sights as well as less well-known places. It is an off-road 4-wheel drive experience so some of the sections were very bumpy and rough - but worth every moment. Note: even though we were in Madeira before the high tourist season, there were a LOT of visitors at some of the main highlights. These places are spectacular and absolutely worth visiting. What makes this trip special, though is that Joāo adds his choice of lesser-known but wonderful places to the tour.
What a wonderful day! Joao was a first-rate guide. He ensured we had a delightful tour of the most beautiful locations on the East side of Madeira. We very much enjoyed each and every aspect of the trip. He was prompt, helpful, and always very polite. We highly recommend Joao to others looking to have an excellent and unforgettable day exploring Madeira.
We had an awesome day with João/John. Great personality with lovely stories about the island. We did the west side of the island and asked for mountains, nature and waterfalls. João delivered with an epic off road ride through the old mountain roads with amazing views. We managed to escape most of the mass tourism. The lunch recommendation was amazing with the best scabbard fish and espetada meat we have eaten our full time in Madeira. It is a long day for your driver as well so ensure enough breaks for them to rest as well. We fully recommend this tour! Thank you João!
