Hier ziet u getalenteerde ambachtslieden prachtige bakstenen en terracotta-stukken maken, waardoor u kennismaakt met de rijke geschiedenis van de regio. + Spring vervolgens op uw Vespa of motor voor een mooie rit door pittoreske plattelandsdorpjes. Zigzaggend over kleine paden geniet u van adembenemende uitzichten op weelderige rijstvelden, boeren aan het werk en grazende buffels. + Vervolg uw avontuur in het UNESCO-werelderfgoed My Son Sanctuary, de thuisbasis van oude hindoetempels die grotendeels zijn gebouwd van bakstenen die vergelijkbaar zijn met die van de werkplaats. We starten deze PRIVÉTOUR vanuit uw hotel in Hoi An, gratis ophalen en afzetten bij elk hotel met een straal van 8 km / 5 mijl van de oude binnenstad van Hoi An. Als je uit Da Nang komt (30 km/20 mijl van Hoi An), kom dan naar ons kantoor in Hoi An om de tour te starten. Ons kantoor bevindt zich in restaurant Song Thanh, het adres is Tran Quang Khai-straat 67, Cam Chau-wijk, Hoi An.
Vanuit Hoi An rijden we ongeveer een uur over rustige landweggetjes in landelijke dorpjes. We zullen onderweg verschillende stops maken om vissersgemeenschappen, rijstvelden, groenteboerderijen, kuddes vee te zien, "hallo" te zwaaien naar lokale boeren...
Na een uur rijden door plattelandsdorpjes op vespa's, bereiken we het My Son-heiligdom en wandelen we ongeveer 90 minuten in langzaam tempo. De hindoetempels werden gebouwd tussen de 4e en 13e eeuw. Het tempelcomplex werd in 1999 door UNESCO erkend als werelderfgoed. Als je langzaam loopt met onze lokale gids, leer je de geschiedenis van het oude Champa-koninkrijk en het Khmer-rijk. Met het commentaar van de lokale gids begrijp je meer interessante feiten over de hindoetempels. Je leert hoe het Champa-volk de stenen uit klei maakte om zo'n unieke tempel te bouwen die na duizend jaar nog steeds overeind staat. Je leert ook waarom de tempels werden verlaten en hoe ze werden ontdekt. Lokale gids vertelt je meer over de impact van de oorlog in Vietnam, laat je de bomgranaten en kraters zien... Veel tempels en sculpturen hebben het bombardement overleefd. Je leert over de hindoegoden en goden.
Na het My Son-heiligdom rijden we een uur door de plattelandsdorpjes en keren terug naar je hotel in Hoi An.

Had great experience with Thanh for my solo trip w motorbike this morning to United World Heritage Site “ My Son” Thanh is an experience guide who posses a very good skills w his motorcycle. He pay attention of the safety of me as pillion rider . Thanh took the route thru the villages passing by the padi fields n simple villages which made the journey special. His friendly gesture n not being pushy made the journey a memorable one . I hope he succeed in introducing the Vietnamese culture to the visitors in especially Ho An
This was such a fun way to see My Son and also the countryside. It might have been the most fun thing I’ve done in a while. Ben and Nine were the greatest! Very professional and engaging with conversation and answering all our questions. Everything was safe and we always felt like safety was first. Seriously, it was so fun…we had a smile the whole day! I highly recommend this tour when visiting Hoi An.
This was an outstanding experience! Thanh was our tour guide, patient and funny, and my driver Quynh was a real treasure. Amazing, the motorbikes took us through the back roads.

Amazing Motorcycle Tour with Hannah and Nine – Highly Recommended! We had an incredible experience on the My Son Holy Land Tour by motorbike! Our guides, Hannah and Nine, did an outstanding job. They were so friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole trip feel easy and fun. Riding through the countryside on motorcycles gave us a unique and authentic view of Vietnam — beautiful landscapes, local villages, and a real sense of adventure. Hannah and Nine made sure we felt safe and comfortable the entire time, and their insights into the local culture and history made the tour even more special. The visit to My Son Holy Land was fascinating, and we appreciated how much they shared with us about the site's history. This tour was definitely one of the highlights of our trip, and a big part of that was thanks to Hannah and Nine. We can’t recommend this experience enough!
The guys were amazing! felt so safe on the back of the Vespa and they provided water throughout the trip. We went a different way to the main tour trips so didn’t see any other tourists until we made it to my son. Was really nice to see the more rural side of hoi an and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone coming to the area! After all the site seeing we were taken for lunch at a local place on route back to our hotel. The food was great! Overall a 10/10 experience
Great trip to My Son through rice fields and villages, Than, Lhnh, Khanh & Vu were great guides! Stopped at a restaurant for the best noodle dish!! Definitely worth doing

The weather was quite rainy in the morning and we were afraid of how the experience will be affected. However, Thanh and Trang were both very positive tour guides and took care of us very well despite the rain. We must say a big thank you to them for braving the weather in their motorcycles and we had a really enjoyable time at My Son. Thanh and Trang are both very well-informed guides and gave us a lot of rich historical details of My Son. Thank you once again!
