Dit is de privétransferservice in één richting vanaf de luchthaven, het hotel of uw privé-accommodatie. Ontmoet uw chauffeur op de luchthaven, bij de uitgang van de aankomsthal. De chauffeur houdt het bordje met uw naam vast zodra u uit de aankomsthal komt, helpt u ook met het laden van de bagage in het voertuig en brengt u veilig naar uw accommodatie in Zagreb. Per reservering hebben maximaal 7 personen toegang. Het is belangrijk om een vluchtnummer, de aankomstdatum en de gegevens van uw accommodatie in Zagreb (afleverlocatie) op te geven, waarna uw transfer onmiddellijk wordt bevestigd.

Our hotel was in pedestrian only zone. Driver came up to the Hotel’s reception, was friendly and helped us with the luggage. The car was comfortable and we had a pleasant drive to airport. We would definitely book again and highly recommend.
Our flight was cancelled after we checked in. As soon as it was cancelled I texted our driver to let him know. We had to hire a car service to drive us from split to Zagreb…our driver couldn’t do that. There was no refund although we did notify the driver well before he would have been at the airport. I wasn’t expecting a refund but was hoping that maybe something would have been offered.
Two days before departure I text them through the app. Ask him what time was our pick up time booked no response till night before the pick up at 8 PM to reach out asking that your father 6:45 AM what time would you like to pick up I reply back for 4:30 AM in the morning but I think it’s late. Let’s do 4 AM no respond and a day of the pick up I text him again 3:30 AM in the morning. Are you guys on the way? No respond and they never show up at 4:35 AM. I had to get two taxis to feed my family with the five piece of luggage never gonna use them. Don’t use this company. They should not be in a business.
Driver contacted us a day before our flight to confirm pickup. He provided us with clear, detailed information of our meeting spot and kept in contact during our arrival. Vehicle was spacious and in top condition and we felt safe and well looked after as he delivered us directly to the hotel. Would recommend.
Marin was amazing! He was able to arrange a private tour of some of the hidden gems of Croatia and Slovenia. Went out of this way to show me all the best sights. Very nice and good communicator.
