I am glad we made this reservation ahead of time. Our driver was very communicative and checked in on us by phone as we waited (a few mins late) for our luggage. He was parked close to the terminal and we were quickly on our way to the hotel. We liked the private transfer and not having to find a taxi driver outside after the flight.

Our arrival in Marrakech was earlier than expected and we had been awake for almost 24 hours, so we were very happy Ayoub also arrived early and found us in front of the airport for our scheduled pick up. He was very pleasant and easy to talk to and it made for great welcoming to Morocco.
