Zij zullen u ontmoeten in de aankomsthal met een bord met uw naam. -Voor hotel of woonadres pick-ups, klaar in de lobby of bij de hoofdingang ten minste 10 minuten voor uw geplande pick-up tijd. -Als u uw chauffeur niet kunt vinden of als u de ophaalinformatie moet bijwerken, belt of bericht u de chauffeur rechtstreeks of neemt u contact op met London Minicab Service voor onmiddellijke hulp. -BAGAGETOELAGE: Saloon auto: Biedt plaats aan maximaal 2 passagiers, plus 2 ruimbagage en 2 handbagage-items. Estate auto: Biedt plaats aan maximaal 4 passagiers, plus 3 ruimbagage en 3 handbagage-items. MPV: Biedt plaats aan maximaal 6 passagiers, plus 4 inchecktassen en 4 handbagage-items. Van: Biedt plaats aan maximaal 8 passagiers met royale ruimte voor bagage. Gelieve ons vooraf te informeren over het aantal en de grootte van uw bagage om een comfortabele reis te garanderen. -Kinderzitjes zijn op aanvraag beschikbaar. Illio picked us up from Heathrow and was also our return a few days later. He was punctual, assisted with luggage and engaged on the trip. Easy to find at Heathrow and stayed in touch during landing. Would book again in future.
I have used London Minicab Service for many years now and have never been disappointed with their service. They are always on time (mostly 5-10 min early and happy to wait), very pleasant and friendly drivers, and the cars are always impeccably presented. Anthony always responds promptly with quotes and questions via email and although the service is a little more expensive than some Minicab companies, it is well worth it for the service you get.

Our first encounter with this company was outstanding. The owner, Anthony, contacted me by phone to answer questions. His service is impeccable. Our driver from Heathrow to our hotel, Zahra, was great. She met us in the airport and was prompt and friendly. She gave us some tips for our stay and was very knowledgeable about London. Our return to Heathrow was also great. Ilio was another great driver. He was friendly and prompt. He was a few minutes early for our pick up which was truly appreciated.
