We had a 12 hour trip to Bangkok from Phuket and stayed in a hotel near the airport as flights cancelled from Phuket. I Asia Phuket arranged this and were excellent but wanted to thank Mr Chris who arranged a hotel for us for the night and also booked our car to the Airport once we could get a flight out. Absolutely amazing

My wife and I were supposed to be in Bangkok for 3 nights but we ended up much more longer due to the corona virus. We called Mr chris at I Asia Thailand who was so helpful in changing our airport transfers, 3 times!!! This was all for free as well. We also had his excellent input where to go in the are and what to do and he arranged a driver to take us to the markets outside of Bangkok. Even after this he told us where to buy hand sanitiser near our hotel when we asked. We booked the transfer to the airport and the car was clean and also brand new car and the guide helped us at check in. I could not speak highly of this travel agency and it puts UK agents to shame. Love it when immigration is flexible about letting us with young children to go ahead and use priority lane. Would be better if they would allow our domestic helper to follow us as we also worry in case if helper cannot answer immigration questions. Please work on the air conditioning for the building too.

You’ve not posted any negative comments or of any negative incidents for this actual service, so we are happy to see that I Asia Thailand’s performance was to your liking. For your information, Immigration procedures are set by the Thai government. And the air-conditioning in the airport terminal is not controlled by I Asia either. I do regret if you are pointing the finger of blame for any failings with Immigration or the airport’s air-con at I Asia.
