- Zorg ervoor dat u ons uw juiste treinnummer en hoteladres verstrekt.
- Zorg ervoor dat u ons telefonisch of per e-mail op de hoogte brengt als uw trein- of hotelinformatie verandert.
- Als u in airbnb blijft, kunnen we u mogelijk niet bij de deur afzetten. Omdat airbnb normaal gesproken in een gemeenschap zit waar de scheiding van voetgangers en voertuigen wordt afgedwongen.
- Wij bieden maximaal 30 minuten wachttijd op het treinstation nadat uw trein arriveert. Anders wordt u beschouwd als een no-show. Of er kunnen extra wachttijdkosten van toepassing zijn.

The transfer was superb. Our driver was communicating with us before and at arrival. Even when we were a little lost at the train station, our driver shared pictures with us to help us. We highly recommend these guys.

My family and I had an amazing time in Xian. Our tour guide Shannon was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She knew all the short cuts and all the best restaurants. I would definitely book with china highlights again.
