Versla de menigte met vroege toegang en geniet van een meeslepende, 3 uur durende reis door het 2.200 jaar oude Terracotta Leger van China's Eerste Keizer. Je verkent alle drie de begraafplaatsen met meer dan 8.000 levensgrote krijgers, paarden en strijdwagens, evenals een speciale tentoonstelling met zeldzame artefacten. Rijd terug naar het centrum om de pagode te bezoeken, een andere werelderfgoedlocatie en een bezienswaardigheid van de zijderoute, waar boeddhistische geschriften die door monnik Xuanzang uit India waren meegebracht, werden vertaald en verspreid over China. Gebouwd meer dan 1300 jaar geleden, eeuwen voordat Columbus vertrok, overleefde dit architectonische wonder meer dan tien grote aardbevingen.
Maak vervolgens een wandeling over de 600 jaar oude stadsmuur, de meest complete oude vesting in China. Het strekt zich uit over bijna 14 kilometer en biedt een uitkijkpunt om te zien hoe geschiedenis en moderniteit elkaar ontmoeten. Fietsen verhuur zijn beschikbaar op de muur op eigen kosten.
Rijd langs de Moslimwijk, het meest bruisende streetfoodparadijs van de stad. Gasten die op eigen gelegenheid verder willen verkennen, kunnen hier uitstappen om zelfstandig van de avond te genieten. Geniet van het bruisende lokale leven en probeer heerlijke koude noedels, potstickers of jujube rijstkoekjes.
Gasten die uitstappen in de Moslimwijk moeten zelfstandig terugkeren, terwijl anderen genieten van onze gratis voertuigtransfer terug naar hun hotel. Excellent comprehensive tour of Xi'an! Obviously the highlight was the Terracotta warriors but the city sights were bonuses. Jacky was an incredibly friendly and knowledgeable guide which was especially helpful when trying to get through heat, crowds, and scammers. Would 100% recommend this tour!

Had a wonderful time with Carol as our tour guide. She is the only one I want if I were to do the tour again. She was attentive, helpful, and very patient and had great insights for the best photo-taking spots. The tour helped save a lot of effort planning a day in Xian and would highly recommend since the Terracotta Army is actually outside the city a little bit. Only place of improvement would be a brief confirmation of the tour happening a week prior to the tour.

Terracotta Army was definitely the highlight of the Tour. Carol, our guide definitely made our tour much more enjoyable. She explain the history on what we are seeing at each spot. She made sure the whole group was hydrated because the weather was so hot. Carol made sure we get the pictures we wanted and showed us the best spot. She took care the needs of the group. Lily was great. We had a great experience at a very busy time at the Terra cotta warriors. Lily was very informative and helpful. She really looked after the group. It was hot there in July so be ready with lots of water if you go in the summer.

We thoroughly enjoyed the half day tour. Carol was our guide and she was incredible! She kept us informed before the tour with pick up times but also kept us informed before the loop throughout the day. She did an amazing job teaching us some Chinese history on the bus and throughout each pit. The buffet lunch was great. We loved trying some Xi An specialities. It was a great day and we would definitely recommend this tour to others.

We took a fantastic Terracotta Army and Xi’an tour with Carol. She was very knowledgeable about each of the sites visited and Chinese history/culture more generally.
