- Check In Process - kom 15 minuten voor de vlucht voor een goede check-in. Als een klant te laat komt, kan de tour / activiteit worden afgebroken of kunt u een andere datum inplannen
- Vluchtetiquette - We vragen alle klanten om te begrijpen dat hoewel uw vlucht leuk en spannend bedoeld is, veiligheid altijd de eerste prioriteit van Anthelion Helicopters is. Om deze reden staan wij niet toe : Dronken en/of hoge klanten, schreeuwen en/of ruzie maken in de helikopter, het verwijderen van veiligheidsgordels, het proberen te staan of uitsteken van armen en benen terwijl ze in de helikopter zitten, of het spreken over de piloot. Houd er rekening mee dat als de piloot vindt dat de vlucht onveilig is geworden door omstandigheden van de klant, de piloot het recht heeft om de tour vroegtijdig te beëindigen. In dit geval kunnen we GEEN restitutie of accommodatie bieden voor de verkorte vlucht
- Volgens de FAA-verordening mogen klanten die dronken aankomen NIET vliegen. We zullen GEEN restitutie geven als u ervoor kiest om te annuleren, maar u kunt uw tour omboeken naar een andere datum.
- Gewichtsbeperkingsbeleid - Onze R44 Tour Helicopter stoellimiet is 300 lb en de groepslimiet moet lager zijn dan 580 lb. Onze R22 limiet is 220 lb. Klanten die bij aankomst de gewichtslimiet overschrijden, mogen NIET vliegen en komen NIET in aanmerking voor restitutie. U kunt verzetten naar een andere datum
- Aansprakelijkheidsverklaring moet worden ondertekend bij aankomst. Het niet ondertekenen van de verklaring van afstand zal resulteren in uw tour worden geannuleerd. Als u ervoor kiest om niet te vliegen vanwege het niet ondertekenen van de verklaring van afstand komt u niet in aanmerking voor een terugbetaling.

Went on a ride for my wife's birthday. It was a great experience. Little bit tricky finding the place but once we did everything went real smooth. All the staff was friendly and our pilot did a wonderful job flying and being our tour guide. Telling us fun facts about the city we never knew. Making the atmosphere a very pleasant one. We plan to go back and take another tour

If you’re looking for a fun adventure with cool sites, this is it! I bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband and originally scheduled for New Year’s Eve; however, the weather was iffy so I rescheduled for Valentine’s Day. The weather was sunny and mostly clear, ideally this tour would be perfect right after a rain for optimal visibility. Our pilot Colby was excellent - super friendly and knowledgeable and he made sure we were safe. The office staff is communicative, helpful and welcoming. I would love to book this tour again, next time will try for a sunset booking!
We decided to book this on a trip to the city and it was well worth the money. The team were amazing and so friendly, telling us about the sights while we were up in the sky. The pilot made us feel incredibly safe. As well as afterwards recommending other places to visit while we were here. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to visit the city, it was incredible. Beautiful flight at sunset. Amazing pilots. Very fun experience. My wife and I got stuck in traffic and were 15 mins late but they still got us in and gave us the full tour. Amazing hospitality.

The experience was amazing, not only flying over LA and the coast. The views are unforgettable and worth the price. Taking a helicopter tour is an activity everyone should do at least once.
