the company was not flexible in the pick up time to get me to the airport they told me that their schedule was set and to be in front of the hotel at 6:35 pm waiting with luggage that followed by a communication failure as the driver contacted me earlier. i was not available to connect with him I waited in front of the hotel at 6:15 and when the driver did not arrive the hotel staff contacted him he finally arrived at 6:55 pm I am not comfortable with last minute arrivals at the airport particularly as the plane was rescheduled to leave earlier I was able to go thru checkin and security and arrive at the gate in time i was not pleased to be rushed and worried
Great way to get to airport from your hotel. Good communication and the driver arrived 5 min early so we didn’t wait at all just jumped in the car and were immediately on the way to the airport.
