This was an excellent tour and well worth taking time out of Cairo for. The tour takes in the earliest pyramids, step and bent pyramids and definitely puts the Giza pyramids into perspective, showing the development of construction. Our guide Muhammed was extremely knowledgeable and imparted his knowledge in a fun, friendly and easy to understand manner. We had the misfortune to have the most unusual and changeable weather for our trip; torrential rain, thunderstorms, crazy wind and bright sunshine. This didn’t dampen Muhammed’s enthusiasm and our driver navigated all that was thrown at him with a calm confidence.
Muhammed was excellent. He was so know knowledgeable. We went at our pace and saw everything we wanted to see. He was friendly and patient. The driver was also excellent and very safe. There are many tours and tour companies to choose from and it can be overwhelming to choose one, but this one I would recommend. A great guide and a great tour company.

We had such a fantastic time on this Private Saqqara, Memphis & Dahshur tour! From start to finish everything was smooth and well-organized. Our guide was super cool, friendly, and so knowledgeable , we learned so much about ancient Egyptian history and the stories behind each site. I booked a solo day trip to Saqqara Dahshur and Memphis with guide Mohamed Mostafa and to be honest I was a bit hesitant at first traveling alone however Mohamed completely exceeded all my expectations in every possible way I chose an all inclusive option and everything promised was delivered and even more From the very beginning Mohamed arrived exactly on time for pickup which I really appreciated On the drive to Saqqara he was incredibly friendly engaging and funny we laughed and chatted the whole way making the journey just as enjoyable as the sites themselves We spent a wonderful and relaxed time exploring Saqqara learning so much along the way Before heading to Dahshur we stopped at a traditional carpet school where I learned the entire process of handmade carpet making from start to finish The prices were reasonable considering the craftsmanship involved I did not end up buying anything but the hospitality was exceptional and there was absolutely no pressure to purchase Mohamed had already explained beforehand that this was simply an educational and relaxing stop not a sales push which I truly respected We then wrapped up the day in Memphis Throughout the day Mohamed demonstrated exactly what a professional tour guide should be He is extremely knowledgeable not only in history but in many different fields and he answered all my questions in a clear and engaging way that made everything make perfect sense His sense of humor is fantastic and I can honestly say this was one of the happiest days of my life He truly made the experience unforgettable The car was modern clean and air conditioned and the driver was polite and professional Despite Cairo s busy traffic I felt completely safe the entire time Overall this tour was excellent value for money and I highly recommend Mohamed Mostafa without any hesitation Thank you Mohamed you made my day a memory I will never forget I will always remember this experience
