Op weg naar het nationale park Akagera, stop je bij deze coffeeshop en ontbijt je. het is 1u30 minuten rijden van de stad Kigali en het is een geweldige plek waar je ook een lunchpakket kunt bestellen. Deze plaats heeft ook fascinerende kunst van verschillende kunstenaars.
Akagera National Park ligt in het oosten van Rwanda en grenst aan de grens met Tanzania. Het wordt gekenmerkt door bossen, moerassen, lage bergen en savanne. Het gevarieerde terrein herbergt dieren in het wild, waaronder zebra's, giraffen, olifanten, leeuwen en honderden vogelsoorten, zoals de zeldzame schoenbekooievaar. In het zuidelijke deel van het park, is het uitgestrekte Ihema-meer de thuisbasis van nijlpaarden en krokodillen. het is 1 uur rijden van de 1e attractie. en breng 6 uur door met het nationale park tijdens de gamedrive. en zal nog 2 uur en 30 minuten nodig hebben om terug te komen in Kigali.

We did two tours through Kigali Atlantis Tours - an Akagera safari and a gorilla trekking experience - and both were fantastic. The planning process was very easy. We had a phone call beforehand to discuss our interests and budget, and they handled all of the arrangements for us. The accommodations at both locations were excellent, and our guide was always punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. The experiences themselves were incredibly well organized and exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this operator to anyone planning a trip to Rwanda.

A full day tour full of wild life. Got to see colorful birds, giraffes, zebras, elephant, buffaloes, hippos, and many others. Dady was an excellent driver and tour guide, very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this tour if you are in Kigali. P
