Een dagtocht naar de legendarische Kaap de Goede Hoop is een must voor elk bezoek aan Kaapstad. Onderweg biedt de fantastische panoramische weg "Chapman's Peak" een prachtig uitzicht op de Tafelbaai. Zeevaartverhalen maken de reis vermakelijk. Het hoogtepunt op de terugweg zijn de schattige pinguïns van Boulders Beach.

Het fantastische uitzicht vanaf Signal Hill is ideaal voor een eerste kennismaking met de geschiedenis van Kaapstad.
We gaan verder naar de 12 apostelen, een mooie rij van 12 bergtoppen die het decor vormen voor de exclusieve badplaats Camps Bay. Hier verblijven de rijken en beroemdheden in zondig dure villa's met uitzicht op zee.
De spectaculaire panoramische weg "Chapman's Peak Drive" is over een periode van zeven jaar in de berg uitgehouwen en biedt fantastische uitzichten.
Vanaf Chapman's Peak Drive hebben we een fantastisch uitzicht over het witte, licht glooiende strand van Noordhoek. Indien gewenst kunnen we hier een fotostop maken.
Laat in de ochtend bereiken we Cape Point National Park. Naast bavianen en struisvogels, omvatten dierenbewoners ook springbokken en elanden. Bovendien biedt het park inzicht in het unieke karakter van het fynboslandschap.
Naar de vuurtoren, het herkenningspunt van het Kaappunt, gaat een rustieke kabelbaan, de "Vliegende Hollander" genaamd. Als alternatief leidt een wandelpad van 20 minuten naar boven. Bij mooi weer kunt u tijdens de lunch picknicken op een afgelegen strand in het nationale park. Een bistro serveert afhaalbroodjes. Als alternatief is er een uitstekend restaurant naast de kabelbaan dat gasten verwent met lokale specialiteiten - de visschotel met verse kreeft is een langlopende.
Een foto voor het beroemde bord dat het meest zuidwestelijke punt van Afrika laat zien, is een essentieel onderdeel van de tour.
We verlaten het park en gaan op weg naar de Afrikaanse pinguïns bij Boulders Beach. De schattige dieren zijn op het land vaak erg onhandig, maar zijn meesterzwemmers en geweldige entertainers.
Op de terugweg staan de kleurrijke strandhuisjes van St. James, die ook een foto waard zijn.
Als er nog tijd is, stoppen we bij de zeehonden in de haven van Kalk Bay en genieten van de vissersboten en de havensfeer.

We had a wonderful day with Sabine. She picked us up at the cruise terminal. First we went up to Table Mountain and then towards the Cape of Good Hope. With stops at the beach houses of St.James, at Boulders Beach with the penguins. At the cape itself we took the famous photo and took the funicular to the lighthouse with a gigantic view. Over Chapman's Peak we went along the coast to the 12 Apostles and then back to Cape Town. Here we drove another lap through the Bo Kaap neighborhood. Sabine took us safely from place to place and told us a lot about country and people. In the best weather we had a fantastic day in and around Cape Town.

We were traveling with two adults and a 16 year old. Already in advance from Germany, we had a great contact with Sabine, who answered us all questions about the tour very quickly. The tour itself was organized and conducted by Sabine mega. No time pressure, no time stress. No matter what stop we made, we could watch everything in peace and enjoy. Sabine explained a lot on the way (in German😍), but definitely not annoying, as is the case with bus tours. There was definitely no getting out of the car, fast, fast. Just fantastic and indeed unique how this day went with Sabine. Indescribable what we could see on this tour from 09:00 to 18:00. Water on board and yes, even time for a snack was also given. That's all you need. A big compliment to Sabine and people we tell you...... book with Sabine and you will be thrilled.

We had 2 tours with Sabine. Once Cape Town with Table Mountain BO-KAAP, City Park...and much more. (Group) The 2. Tour was to the Cape of Good Hope and the Penguins (private). It was incredibly beautiful and very relaxed. You always felt safe and there was no boredom. Despite sometimes long distances, one could not escape the amazement. Sabine is very social, makes her tours attractive and flexible . You can also express your wishes and here too, a lot is made possible. We had the opportunity to experience two tours with Sabine, we were with her at the Cape of Good Hope as well as in the wine-growing regions. We can recommend both tours without restriction. We really enjoyed the trips with Sabine, she was able to show us the beauty of her adopted country and gave us a lot of information. We will keep these tours in fond memory. Should we ever travel to Cape Town again, we will certainly contact them.

Sabine told us a lot about Cape Town and South Africa during the trip and led us to beautiful spots. It gave us a lot of pleasure to ride with Sabine. Also their specially rented large car was very comfortable for us and made travelling a pleasure. Sabine also responded to spontaneous requests.
