Snow Monkey Park : het Jigokudani Monkey Park werd opgericht in 1964 en is de thuisbasis van de enige groep apen ter wereld waarvan bekend is dat ze van nature in warmwaterbronnen baden. Het park is het hele jaar door geopend en is een van de populairste bestemmingen van Nagano. Onze chauffeur draagt ons naamplaatje en wacht op u op de door u aangewezen ophaallocatie. Kijk voor ons voertuig per geleverde foto's. In het geval dat uw ophaal- of afzetlocatie te smal is voor ons voertuig, zal de chauffeur het voertuig stoppen op de dichtstbijzijnde veilige locatie.

We had a great tour of Snow Monkey Park! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating to our interests. It was incredible to see so many macaque monkeys in the hot springs and learn about Japan's conservation efforts. We were able to skip the line with the tour's pre-purchased tickets. After the tour, we enjoyed a delicious lunch and nostalgic charm of Hotareutei. In the afternoon, we walked the mystical cedar-lined path of beautiful Tagakushi Shrine State Park. Our guide told us about this spiritual and cultural area with the five interconnected shrines. It was a lovely, enjoyable walk along the snow-covered, tree-lined path.
