Fantastic guide Beatrix who showed us lots of local pintxos bars each with its own history and special pintxo dish. We learned about the local culture and area. Beatrix was very informative and this helped us to further enjoy our holiday in Bilbao. Would highly recommend the tour.
We spent a most enjoyable evening in Miguel’s company which he structured around our interests and tastes. He was a very knowledgeable guy who also introduced us to the Basque Country and its history, traditions, wines and cuisine. We were only in Bilbao for 12 hours but are now keen to return!
This was a great evening. Our guide Beatriz was a delight - friendly, engaging and so well informed on all things in Bilbao - especially the food and wines. She brought us to great places and secured great spots to stand or sit. Very enjoyable - highly recommend.
This was an excellent way to learn about Basque culture. There was plenty of food and drink and our tour guide Beatriz was fantastic! Make sure you arrive with an empty stomach so you can enjoy it all!
Our guide Asier was very knowledgeable and took us to two different and excellent vineyards. The ride was very smooth and the wines and snacks were amazing! We ended the day with a relaxing and very substantial lunch in La Guardia which is a beautiful little town.. Everything was arranged perfectly and Asier was able to accommodate vegetarian options at each place. I would highly recommend this tour and Asier as a guide!

Nora was great company and this was a super tour to do on our first evening in Bilbao. We were eating with a local. We learned a nice bit about the food and the different pintxos available. Also what to pay. Nora also told us a lot about Basque culture and people. The tour wasn’t really a tour. There was only us and Nora, and it ran well over the expected 2 hours. We also got great advice about other things to see and do while here in Bilbao. Overall, I would describe this as a ‘must do’ if you are a foodie and spending a few days in Bilbao.
Turned out it was just the two of us and Beatriz. We had a brilliant time. She was great and very helpful - conversation was easy and wide ranging. Some great pintzos. Returned to our favourite the next day.
Such a great experience, getting to know the local culture. Our guide Jose, was extremely accommodating and helped us find and experience the local food & wines based on our preferences and needs. He made us feel very welcomed in the country and brought us to several places that allowed us to experience a taste of what the area brings. We loved the tour and would do it again!

We really enjoyed our time on this tour. Great places, delicious tastings and wonderful beverage pairings. Our guide José was incredible. He was friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, funny and a joy to spend the afternoon in his company. He even taught us some Basque words, so eskerrik asko Jose.
