Dit is een privétour voor 1 - 8 passagiers tegen één prijs. Nadat je bent opgehaald bij je hotel, ga je op weg naar Patong Beach – een van de populairste stranden in de omgeving. Geniet van het uitzicht op blond zand omlijst door turquoise water en fragiele rotsformaties net buiten de kust. Vanaf daar gaat u verder naar Karon Viewpoint, waar u kunt genieten van een panoramisch uitzicht op 3 stranden - Kata, Kata Noi en Karon. Ga op weg naar het naburige Wat Chalong, een van de meest vereerde tempels in Phuket. Er wordt nog een stop gemaakt zodat u de pracht van de Grote Boeddha van het eiland kunt bewonderen. Tenslotte gaat u terug naar Phuket Town. Spring binnen in een cashewfabriek om nootachtige souvenirs te proeven en te kopen, en vaar vervolgens door de straten om de goed bewaarde en historische Chinees- Portugese architectuur van de stad te bewonderen. Uw uitje eindigt bij de Gems Gallery, waar u kunt kiezen om te blijven en te winkelen voordat u terug naar uw hotel hopt.

We had a great time on this private tour. Our guide Adhar (hope I’m spelling that correctly) was sooo funny and great!! We loved the karon viewpoint and the big Buddha. Please note this is a whole day trip (8.5 hours inc. transfers) not 5 hours as advertised. You only get bottle water. Drinks can be bought at sights. You are invited to attend a small cafe in old town which you pay extra for. We didn’t like that at the gem store they try pressure you to buy even though the prices are very very expensive. Nothing under £400. Also note, you don’t actually visit any of the beaches on this tour you can only see them from the viewpoint!

We decided to eliminate from the itinerary the cashew factory and the cape on the south to shorten the tour but I told the guide I wanted to visit the Jui tui Chinese shrine, he took me to one and he said that was the jui tui I didn’t think it was as pretty as the ones I saw online. When I got to the ship I saw online that it was not the Jui tui temple but the Put Jaw shrine the oldest but more modest shrine. Because of this I have them 4 stars.

I just returned from a 10-day holiday in Phuket. On arrival I was greeted by ground staff and within minutes the private car arrived for the transport to the hotel in Patong. The next day I did meet Tipp the manager of the business to discuss the transport the previous day and any additional tours I was interested in. I had a minor complaint about the driver and the complaint was handled in a very professional manner by Tipp. I was interested in viewing several temples, statues and beaches at the southern end of Phuket and also Phuket Old Town (several famous movies, including "Good Morning Vietnam" were shot there). Whenever I did see something interesting the driver 'Pon' stopped the car to allow me to take photos. Pon was the best tour guide / driver I have ever had. He was full of knowledge about the island, beaches, history and Buddhism. Booking the car for myself certainly was worth paying a little extra. On my departure day the car arrived on time and took me to the airport without any incidents or delay. Thank you to Tipp and Pon for making my holiday in Phuket unforgettable. You deserve 5 stars and I will contact you when I plan my next trip to Thailand. fips52
