Op zoek naar de WELKOMSSIGNAGE@MEETING POINT 2. U wordt ontvangen en begroet door onze vertegenwoordiger. 3. De vertegenwoordiger belt uw chauffeur. 4. Uw chauffeur rijdt door van parkeerplaats naar service in ongeveer 7-10 minuten. 5. Uw chauffeur haalt u op bij uw terminal en gaat direct naar uw hotel dienovereenkomstig. *Belangrijk* In het geval dat uw VLUCHT [op basis van boeking] is gewijzigd/vertraagd of geannuleerd. Gelieve zo snel mogelijk of ten minste 3 uur voor de verwachte landing van de vlucht te informeren.

The entire travel experience was good. Right from receiving us at the airport to dropping us at the hotel. The driver was smiling throughout and very polite. We got a large van for our pickup. The only thing stopping me from giving full marks is that Viator and the service provider waited for the last day to tell me that i had to pay 1000baht more as the hotel was far away. This felt a bit off track considering viator doesn’t do that.

After we double check again to reconfirm one day inadvane we found out that the hotel location is NOT on Phuket, but it is other Province - Khao Lak Phang Nga Province. However our Operation Manager had called you for apologize and offer alternative to cancel the booking/Keep booking with pay extra or make new booking with the correct link - Phuket Airport to Khao Lak Hotel with different rate. The advance communication was very clear, our driver was very polite & the van was clean. We were pleasantly surprised to learn he had WiFi. We got to our hotel in a safe, timely manner. It was a relaxing, enjoyable ride.

I arrived on a rainy evening, so it was nice to have already had my transportation set up. I followed the instructions on the voucher on where to meet. The greeter was where the voucher said he would be. He called the car to come and pick me up, and I was on my way in a nice air conditioned car. The ride was smooth despite the rain and the traffic. I appreciated the service.

My experience with this travel agency was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, everything was organized and welcoming. They greeted us with a beautiful sign, provided water, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire experience. The ride to our destination was smooth, comfortable, and efficient. Our driver communicated clearly every step of the way, giving us easy-to-follow instructions to ensure we could connect with them upon arrival. As soon as we collected our luggage, they were already there waiting for us. What made the experience even more special was the personal touch. During the drive, our driver gave us a mini tour of the area and pointed out popular places to visit while staying in Phuket. It made us feel welcomed and excited to explore Thailand.
