Phuket luchthaven naar Krabi Privé transfer

Unfortunately, we would not recommend this company for a transfer. Every Viator excursion we book, we usually receive a greeting email from the company running the activity, either with a simple hello or pick up time/location. This company did not reach out to us at all. We reached out the evening before the pick up since the pick up was so early in the morning to confirm the timing. When I mentioned our location which was clearly stated already in the original booking and was an option for the pick up location, I then did not receive a response back for a couple of hours. I reached back out again to confirm the time of our pick up and he told me what we booked was airport pickup only. At that point, we were very frustrated because our hotel was a pick up option when we booked and the company did not mention any issues about this. Had I not reached out that evening before our pick up, what would’ve happened? He told us regardless, his driver would be waiting at the airport to pick us up. He told us if we wanted to be picked up from our hotel, that we would have to pay extra. We did not have any time to think of alternative plans and it was within hours of the actual transfer so we could not cancel anyway via Viator. We had to end up paying what he told us to pay additional and hand it to the driver the next morning. Very unhappy that communication was not clear and we ended up paying more.

The driver was friendly and super helpful. He called the manager of the property we were traveling to in order to make sure we had the correct address. Thanks!
