- Alle passagiers 2 jaar en ouder dienen fast track vooraf te betalen. als er extra passagiers aankomen en er niet rekening mee wordt gehouden, wordt dit geannuleerd zonder restitutie
- of vertrek fast track, kunt u uw gegevens invoeren onder "Aankomst vlucht en tijd", zoals het reserveringsteam zal dit zien en met u herbevestigen Voor Fast Track Aankomst van 00.00 - 05.59 uur is er een toeslag van 500 Baht per persoon, minimaal 2 personen
- Voor Fast Track Vertrek met Premium Lounge van 00.00 - 05.59 uur geldt een toeslag van 1300 Baht per persoon, minimaal 2 personen
- Vluchtvertragingen - Als uw vlucht vertraagd is, hoeft u ons niet op de hoogte te stellen. Onze luchthaven Gids zal worden geïnformeerd, omdat we actief toezicht houden op vluchtschema's.
- Vluchtwijzigingen - Als uw vluchtnummer verandert, wordt u vriendelijk verzocht ons dit ten minste 4 uur voor uw oorspronkelijk geplande aankomst te melden, zodat we de gegevens dienovereenkomstig kunnen bijwerken.

We had a terrible experience. The driver assigned to us had no knowledge of driving, it was risky. After an hour and a half of harsh braking and acceleration, we arrived at the hotel with upset stomachs and feeling like we were going to vomit. I do not recommend it.

However, we would like to clarify that all vehicles in Phuket are equipped with GPS and speed monitoring, including data on braking and driving behaviour. We have reviewed the journey log for your transfer from the airport to Kata Thani, and there were no irregularities recorded. The trip duration was 1 hour and 12 minutes, which is within the normal range for this route. We also noticed that no concerns were reported to the driver, our local office, or via Viator at the time of travel. Without being informed on the day, it becomes difficult for us to investigate or assist promptly. We appreciate your comments and always welcome honest feedback, but we kindly encourage guests to report any issues immediately so we can address them while assistance is still possible. Our transfer from Phuket Airport to the hotel was super easy and stress-free. The guide was already waiting when we arrived, and it was so nice not having to worry about finding a taxi (and paying high walk in prices) after a long flight. The car was clean and comfy with great air conditioning, and the ride to the hotel was smooth the whole way. The driver was really friendly and even pointed out a few places along the drive.

Very easy to use this transfer service and even when there was just myself and another large group that had transfer through this company, they didn't squeeze us in together. I ended up having a bus to myself which I appreciated. Fast and safe driver. I didn't have a sim card and so I followed instructions provided in Viator chat and so was no issue using as they were exactly where they had indicated.

Unfortunately my flight was delayed and therefore I missed the pick up at the airport. I was a little disappointed, as I had to book another taxi from the airport, which meant I had to pay again to get me to my hotel. I was told by a representative from the company at the airport that there is a waiting time of 2 hours, thereafter it would be classed as no show and the booking would be cancelled. After speaking to someone at the office, I was told there was nothing they could do. It would have been nice if I was aware of this before I made the booking.

I booked a car for phuket to my hotel in Karon. The guide Natt, was waiting for me right at the meeting area. He was very pleasant and showed us to our car for my transfer. Car was new and a nice ride to the hotel

Finding the representative at the airport was fairly easy and she was nice. She told me to wait a few minutes and she called a car, which arrived in about 5-10 minutes. The driver did not say anything or even a welcoming greeting of hi, so I was a little unsure during the ride (I do not expect all the drivers to talk the whole time, but at least a nice/ welcoming greeting of “hi” would be nice). I also noticed the driver was speeding at times and it just really felt like he did not want to be there, so during the ride I was trying to access if everything was ok. Luckily, I did arrive to my hotel safely, but I would not want a repeat of this experience.

Many others do not offer this. 2) We are not understanding why you are unsure? did you speak to the driver? 3) The driver was NOT speeding. We have GPS in all vehicles and can see the speed in operations and also have proof on this! However thanks for your comments, Paul
