Ervaar een boeiende avond van traditionele Cambodjaanse klassieke dans. Elke zondag van 19:30 - 21:30 uur presenteert onze dansschool een unieke voorstelling van twee uur waarin de schoonheid van klassieke dans, kostuums, traditionele muziek, beweging en verhalen worden getoond. Door aanwezig te zijn, steun je niet alleen het behoud van ons cultureel erfgoed, maar help je ook om gratis danslessen te geven aan jonge kinderen. Let op : Locatie : Riverview Restaurant Bar, 1e verdieping, 313 Quayside, Preah Sisowath Quay, Phnom Penh. Vanwege weekendwandelstraat zal de weg afgesloten zijn dus verwacht een kleine wandeling naar ons restaurant. Maaltijden zijn niet inbegrepen in de tickets, maar u kunt genieten van Khmer maaltijd a la winkelwagen. De school behoudt zich het recht voor om te annuleren of te verzetten in geval van hevige regenval of operationele problemen.

Ervaar een boeiende avond van traditionele Cambodjaanse cultuur met onze exclusieve uitvoering van "De ontvoering van Sita." Dompel jezelf onder in het tijdloze verhaal van de Ramayana terwijl je getuige bent van een klassieke dansvoorstelling van een uur in een gezellige studio met airconditioning. Met maximaal 35 zitplaatsen geniet u van een intieme kijkervaring van dichtbij op het podium. Volg het epische verhaal van Rama, Sita en Laksmana terwijl ze geconfronteerd worden met de uitdagingen van ballingschap en de ontvoering van Sita door de demonenkoning Râvana. Wees getuige van het dramatische verloop van de gebeurtenissen en de heldhaftige inspanningen van Hanumân om Sîtâ te redden. Belangrijke opmerking :• De school behoudt zich het recht voor om te annuleren of te verzetten in geval van zware regenval of operationele problemen. Gasten kunnen in plaats daarvan kiezen voor restitutie of diner.

This was an incredible night. Such a great performance, spectacular venue, amazing food. I can’t believe how lucky we were to attend this event. I had no idea how wonderful the performance was going to be. I’m so glad we went. Highly recommended.
The evening was a great experience,more for my partner than me as she is Khmer and had never seen Apsara live so to see her enjoyment was what made it for me . The venue was great all be it a bit upmarket and expensive for me living here on a budget. But ideal for a vacation budget. The performers and compare where excellent.

Beautiful Royal Ballet of Cambodia! They could announce this more! Lovely place to watch on a rooftop. Others were eating but we just had a cocktail. Noisy outside on Saturday night, not sure if that happens every Saturday? Dancers were superb.
Great show!! Well put together and super interesting! The one thing I will say is the venue is outdoors so the bugs were bad and wish I would have worn bug spray. But other than that amazing! Good food too.
Our dinner and show exceeded expectations! Not only did we get a pleasant cultural experience that was very entertaining, but we had an amazing dinner. Riverview restaurant and bar is located on an open deck overlooking the river, and it was perfect. You can get western food or traditional Khmer cuisine. The food was excellent and very affordable. Fantastic show, fantastic service, fantastic ambience, and fantastic food!!!
Our whole family enjoyed the performance of immensely talented students. Their passion and love for this form of art was evident. Everyone was amazing! We loved the choreography, costumes, music, and meeting the performers afterward. It was so nice that the choreographer himself spoke and explained everything, greeted the guests. We will highly recommend this experience to all of our friends and family.
This show was absolutely wonderful. It was a great experience to see traditional Cambodian dance up close. The costumes were intricately designed and truly beautiful. The day before the show, Neara kindly provided detailed directions via WhatsApp, which made it easy for me to reach the studio smoothly. Thank you very much, Neara! If you visit Phnom Penh, I highly recommend watching this traditional dance performance. Since it is held only once a week on Sundays, it is quite a rare opportunity!
This is a must see cultural experience when touring through Phnom Penh. The performance and dancers were amazing. We saw the story of Rama and Sita, which are shown on the murals. At the beginning there were young students dancing in the Monkey dance which was a great opportunity for them and great for us to see.
Amazing spectacle, a baroque dream. Guidance is given to understand what is going on. Photos allowed.
