Deze tour biedt een comfortabele en plezierige manier om de hoogtepunten van Petra te zien tijdens het rijden op een golf winkelwagen, waardoor het ideaal is voor reizigers die meer willen verkennen met minder lopen. Onder leiding van een lokale professionele Gids hoor je fascinerende verhalen en inzichten over de geschiedenis en bezienswaardigheden van Petra, waardoor de site tot leven komt terwijl je reist tussen de belangrijkste hoogtepunten.

De tour begint met het ophalen van het hotel of een vergadering bij het Petra Visitor Center in de buurt van de geldautomaat.Vanaf daar begint uw reis per golf winkelwagen van het Visitor Center. U reist door de Siq (Canyon ) richting Petra's meest iconische bezienswaardigheid. Je stopt voor de Schatkamer, de beroemdste site in Petra, waar je ongeveer 20 minuten hebt om te verkennen, foto's te maken en het verhaal achter dit opmerkelijke monument te horen. Daarna is er een korte wandeling van 5 minuten om de tweede golf winkelwagen te bereiken. De tour gaat verder terwijl je meer hoogtepunten van Petra verkent, met informatief commentaar van je lokale professionele Gids. Onderweg stop je ongeveer 15 minuten om te ontspannen en te genieten van thee. Na de tour keert u terug naar de Treasury, wacht op de golf winkelwagen en rijdt terug naar het Petra Visitor Center. Van daaruit wordt u teruggebracht naar uw hotel, waardoor de ervaring comfortabel en soepel wordt afgesloten.

Amazing tour! If you want to save 1.5 hours of walking this was a great tour. It was around 2 hours and we cut it short and it could have been longer. Great way to see everything except the Monestary.
Bassil was an excellent tour guide. He gave us an idea how to enjoy our stay in Petra. Thanks to his guide, not only adults but my 5 yrs daughter learned a lot about this ancient city. Highly recommended.
This was my first time to Petra and I've definitely been told about all the walking. Well, I found the cart to the Treasury and back is definitely the way to go. It was a quick trip, but it allowed my parents who would have struggled with the terrain the ability to see AND hear the history from our excellent guide Bassil. He not only gave us the general layout of Petra, but added and pointed out the extras I would definitely have overlooked. I'll be asking him to guide again for sure!
