Je kookt 3 Peruaanse gangen en 2 cocktails. Onze Peruaanse kook-, cocktail- en markttour begint bij San Pedro Market (deur nummer 1), met een bezoek aan deze historische markt. We zullen enkele van de meest exotische vruchten van Peru proberen (superfoods) Daarna lopen we naar onze barstudio, een traditioneel huis uit 1930. We beginnen onze ervaring met het bereiden van de heerlijkste cocktails met vers fruit (gekocht op de lokale markt die we bezochten) en Pisco. U kookt : Peruaanse tamal (quinoa), cebiche en causa limeña. Onze les is vol hands on en je neemt deel aan alle voorbereidingen. Na de les sturen we je ook de recepten, zodat je er samen met je familie en vrienden van kunt genieten. Aankondiging : De cocktails en kookervaringen in Cusco zijn in de ochtend en in de middag. * 's Ochtends van 10 :00 tot 14 :15 * 's Middags van 15u30 tot 19u45 Onze gerechten zijn eenvoudig om te bouwen tot vegetarisch. Really good experience, food was incredible. I was expexting mid food but finally eaten my best cevische ever. Time was perfect. You are always trying food or drinks. Everything perfect.

Well worth it! Learned a lot about Peruvian cuisine and how Chef Jesus and team put a twist on dishes. Very good food - expect it as your big meal of the day. Chef Carlos was friendly and informative. The kitchen staff were kind and thorough. The market was fun to experience, especially tasting all the unique foods. Use the time to buy food-as-souvenirs while ya there. Highly recommend.
I had this cooking class with Carlos and we met at the market. He is very knowledgeable and engaging in his teaching methods and was able to give an idea of the history of the dishes we have eaten. The entire class was about three and a half hours but time well spent! We made a total of two cocktails: maracuya sour and chicha punch. For the main courses we had causa de la limena, ceviche, and quinoa tamales. For dessert we have picaronnes. This combination of putting a twist on classic peruvian dishes made the experience all the more enjoyable! I highly recommend attending this class as you will learn much to take with you home.

Great experience, Carlos is an excellent instructor and guide. He used to be a former chef and it really showed in how he taught the class. The class was also unique in its flavor profile with making a mix of more classic and Asian influenced Peruvian dishes. We booked this last minute and was worth every penny!
