Alex was amazing! This experience was awesome! I totally recommend this cooking class with Alex! He taught us how it make everything from scratch even the sauce! It’s a must do class in Naples!

A throughly enjoyable pasta making session lead by Chef Luca. Chef Luca was funny, engaging and most importantly knowledgeable on the skills and techniques required to make fresh pasta. He guided all participants through the process and offering lots of personal tips on how to make it easier. I would wholeheartedly encourage anyone visiting Naples who wants to learn how to make the freshest pasta with succulent local ingredients to take a lesson.
We had such a great time at this cooking class! 😊 We made gnocchi and fettuccine al burro from scratch, and everything was so delicious! Alex was amazing — very friendly, funny and patient with us. He made the whole experience feel relaxed and fun, while still teaching us so much. Definitely one of the best experiences of our trip to Italy! 🇮🇹🍝❤️ Highly recommend!

Overall a good experience! They contacted me the day before to cancel the class (pasta & tiramisu) due to an instructor emergency and offer pasta only as a replacement, with an extra glass of wine to offset the difference. We were disappointed not to make tiramisu and didn’t really feel like it was an equal trade. Glad we still went though. The instructor Mauro was amazing and we had a lot of fun and learned some good techniques. Food turned out great and the instructor was very helpful. Overall I would recommend!
