Je kunt Italië niet bezoeken zonder minstens één pastagerecht te proberen ... Dus we zullen je er twee leren! Leer hoe je 'sfoglia' (verse pasta) met de hand kunt rollen en hoe je 2 eenvoudige verschillende soorten pasta (gevulde pasta + verse pasta) helemaal zelf kunt bereiden met je Cesarina. Als kers op de taart leer je ook de iconische Tiramisu te bereiden. Deel je passie voor de Italiaanse keuken terwijl je nieuwe vrienden maakt in deze praktische kookles. We had Vanessa as our instructor and she was fabulous!!! It was only my friend and myself, which was perfect. Our class was in her home with her family helping. They had a lovely brunch set up for us on our arrival where we all sat and got to know each other. They made us feel very welcomed and very much at home. Then we started with the tiramisu so it would be ready at the end of the class, it was so easy and fun. Then we went to the kitchen and started on making three kinds of pasta. Vanessa was wonderful explaining everything on making the pasta but also, she explained the origin of each of the different pastas. Once everything was ready we all sat down again at the table and ate all the wonderful food we had just made. Topping it off with the delicious tiramisu. It was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely do it again.
Claudia and Francesco were amazing hosts! They did a wonderful job of showing us local pasta making techniques and teaching us about Italian customs. The food is as simply amazing. We had a long evening of great food and conversation. We would nightly recommend them as hosts for your experience!
A great experience and easy recipes that hopefully we will remember! Lovely family who made it a fun experience. Lots of food which we all enjoyed and wine too.

The simplicity of the cooking, the richness of the food, and the kindness our our Hostess Chiara was awesome! I would do it again. We felt like old time friends.
Just really enjoyed this pasta making session. Claudia made us feel right at home and she was a great instructor but even more a wonderful hostess. We felt like we were able to really see and learn more about Spoleto and Italy. The food was delicious and her presentation was outstanding.
