Playa Cristal is een van de natuurlijke wonderen van Santa Marta, een kleine baai die zich in het Tayrona National National Park bevindt, omringd door een prachtige kristalheldere zee die soms een magische combinatie van kleuren geeft die het waard is om te worden waargenomen en bekroond als een van De beste stranden van heel Amerika. Aan de andere kant maakt het kalme water met een koel klimaat dit een plaats van plezier en ontspanning. • We beginnen onze tour om 05:00 uur en verlaten de stad Santa Marta in een landvoertuig gedurende 1 uur en 20 minuten naar de ingang van PNN Tayrona, Neguanje.
• Bij aankomst op de kassa zien we een korte informatieve institutionele video met aanbevelingen voor parkzorg. • Na de institutionele video gaan we verder in de auto richting Playa 7 Olas. • Bij het iconische 7-golf gezichtspunt zullen we stoppen om foto's te maken en de plaats te waarderen, waarna we in de auto naar het strand van Neguanje gaan. • Bij aankomst op het strand van Neguanje, zullen we aan boord gaan van een boot met richting naar Playa Cristal in een reis van 10 minuten.
• Bij aankomst in Playa Cristal hebben we vrije tijd om uit te rusten, te zwemmen en, indien u dat wenst, toegang te krijgen tot de diensten die op het strand worden aangeboden, zoals snorkelen of kajakken (diensten niet inbegrepen). • Ongeveer tussen 14.30 en 15.30 uur keren we terug naar Neguanje om aan boord van het voertuig naar Santa Marta te gaan. • We komen aan in de stad Santa Marta tussen 16.00 uur en 16.30 uur om de tour te beëindigen.

Beach with crystal clear waters, quiet, no street vendors, many restaurants with good food at affordable prices, good experience with the guides, viewpoint stop for photos, do not recommend snorkeling, little fauna, different corals and some fish, excellent communication with guides, almost on time instead of pickup.
Late departure of the excursion, not nice guide, very old bus. The beach is quite commonplace, just armchairs, the restaurants are all the same.the toilets are terrible

Disappointing experience. The tour lasts 11 hours overall, but the actual time you spend at the beach is about 2.5 hours. The rest of the time is wasted in transportation and various waits. We strongly advise against being persuaded to pay a surcharge to visit the second beach. Time is so short that it is best to enjoy only Playa Cristal.

Il tempo reale di permanenza a Playa Cristal non è di 2,5 ore, come menzioni, ma di circa 6 ore in spiaggia, come indicato nella descrizione del tour. La durata complessiva di 11 ore include infatti tutta la logistica: il pick-up negli hotel, i trasferimenti, l’ingresso al Parco Tayrona e le visite ad altri punti di interesse come il mirador di Siete Olas, Neguanje e altri luoghi che fanno parte dell’esperienza. Per questo riteniamo importante precisare che le informazioni riportate nella tua recensione non rispecchiano la realtà dell’itinerario. The tour complies with the itinerary, it must be borne in mind that Peruvians and Ecuadorians can enter Tayrona Park with the national fare and they do not say that in the tour, I had to tell them what they did not refuse, but it is good to inform it to avoid suspicion because it is the guides who pay all the tickets. I requested to pay by card, the advance was made by a link all right, but the balance wanted to collect me at all times with additional commission, I had to give all my cash to avoid more problems. Additionally I requested the tour tickets, apparently they do not give it because the guide told me that the tickets were the wristbands (haha) well, that is it. I'm still waiting for a ballot response, no response.
If you are looking for a tour that offers you a caribean beach you should book this tour. However, if you except like me to get a ton of information about the Park, Indigenous, Plants and Animals than you should definitely book a different tour. The beach/ocean is nice though but not what expected and hoped for.
