Met stapsgewijze begeleiding van een behulpzame instructeur kunt u kiezen uit een reeks levendige kleuren en uw elegante meringueshells maken. Klop de zachte botercreme-vulling op en pijp hem er voorzichtig in. Ontspan terwijl uw macarons langzaam in de oven bakken en proef ze vervolgens met een kopje thee of koffie. Very interactive and engaging! Ann made the class a great time and catered to the group whether you were an avid baker or first timer. We loved the small group size and intimate setting. After the class, we all got to sit down and enjoy our creations over coffee and tea. We took home over 50 macaroons!
Great experience and a wonderful family memory for us- mom with 2 college age son and daughter from USA. Lovely facility and surrounding neighborhood. We made so many macarons and they were so delicious! Plenty to give to friends and take home with us. Even made a new friend while we were in the class. Our instructor was so knowledgeable, friendly, step by step instruction and a great conversationalist with tons of tips for us to use in the future. We have such an appreciation for the craft and time and love put into macarons. The time flew by and everything felt so comfortable and natural at the right pace. We enjoyed the coffee/tea with macarons table conversation time afterwards too. We give 10 stars

Le Foodist was fantastic! This was our second time coming and we did the Macaron class with Anne. We would highly recommend this as an activity to do while in Paris (whether you are a beginning or a pro!).
This was such a wonderful experience! Stephane and the entire staff were so very welcoming. A great activity that is authentic and different from all the over crowded tourist traps. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon!
The cooking class was an excellent experience! I will never again complain about the cost of macarons in my home town of St. Augustine, FL - it's a lot of work! Stephane was a knowledgeable teacher with a good sense of humor. I highly recommend trying one of his classes.
Our instructor Florence was wonderful! We learned so much about French baking. This class was a highlight of our trip to Paris! Highly recommend. They were accommodating of rescheduling our class and very well-organized!
My Family and I were lucky enough to book a class to learn how to make macarons on our recent vacation to France. We were greeted warmly and professionally. The day only improved from there. Our Instructor was extremely knowledgeable and spent time with all eight of us ( a Family of 5 and my Wife Daughter of 12 and Me). She made the experience so enjoyable and fun. Wonderful information with small snippets of why the French Culinary Experience is so unique. Find your way to Le Foodist when you are in Paris. It will be fantastic time spent with food specialists and a pride in their French Culinary traditions. The macarons go home with you….so make sure you have exercises plans in place as well. Lastly you mention the macarons go home with you – indeed they do, after the teatime tasting of all your creations; and since everyone makes about 30 macarons, there is plenty to take, so the exercise plans are well advised :-) So we look forward to welcoming you back for Croissants next year (and why not baguette, French desserts and eclairs the following years)! Wow! One of the best parts of our Paris trip was making macarons with Stephane Jimenez. He was passionate and explained every stage clearly (so the process could be later repeated at home), shared professional tips and techniques, and made everyone feel welcome and confident, whatever their level of experience. He created such a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. The kitchen was clean, spacious and well organised too. We highly recommend and the bonus was coming away with a box of delicious macarons in several flavours!

We took the macaron baking class with our family of 4 - my husband, myself, and our daughters (ages 12 and 15). We all absolutely loved it, our chef was so knowledgeable but also kept everyone entertained, and our macarons turned out delicious! Highly recommend this experience!!
