Hot and busy. Lot’s of shop outlets, but none selling cold drinks in a heat wave.

During peak seasons and heat waves, the palace and gardens can become quite busy. Firstly we downloaded the audio tour on our phones and they were working but on the day the app had logged us out and would not let us log back in without verifying our email - but there was no way to verify our email address and when we tried to reload the app it took us to the same point again. When we got to Versailles it was grossly overcrowded, so much so you were herded like cattle between the rooms and could not see anything or have time to take it in. There were large groups trying to keep together which meant we got jostled throughout the tour. Gardens not well tended and again very crowded. Would not return or recommend. Not value for money.

This is a fraudulent tour. Do not purchase. It does not include any of things offered: the audio guide doesn’t work and the “priority access” to the palace and Trianon is a farce.

You simply needed to present the tickets at the attraction entrance for access. We sincerely wish we had been contacted during your visit so we could have assisted you immediately with the actual tickets and helped avoid any inconvenience.
I booked the ticket in advance for 1:30 pm because of weather and also because we had to leave by 4. When they sent the PDF of the actual ticket a day before the event, it was for 3:30 pm entry. We were unable to stay for the visit because we had to leave by 4. Agency was contacted multiple times and they could care less.

The gardens are absolutely beautiful which was the highlight of this excursion. We went over memorial day so the crowds were ridiculous.

Do not use this firm They take your money and do not commit I had a problem with internet so could not get tickets The ticket office at Vasailles do not recognise this company and would not help I lost £100 due to there incompetence DO NOT USE get your ticket at the ticket office at Versailles They are thieving so and so,s I did not get any money back

This was was a HUGE disappointment, we bought tickets that meant we wouldn’t have to queue WRONG! We queued for over an hour, inside the Palace was filthy and so many people you couldn’t see anything they let in hundreds plus pushchairs, you are literally shoulder to shoulder with people jostling to get through, pieces of art hung with no descriptions, ceilings of art badly needing cleaning no organisation just get as much money as they can and no thought about the experience, would NEVER go again or suggest this place to others. Outside, the buildings are in excellent condition but not one fountain working, so what did we pay our money to see….NOT A LOT! Far too many coaches allowed in carrying far too many people. Such a shame with a bit of thought this could be a gem.

i never got my ticket so i never got in. the viator staff was not helpful and i could not understand most of the conversation. I got email stating go here to get ticket and each time I went the first words at the top of the page were "this is not a ticket"
