Parasailing-avontuur in Punta Cana

Never did the experience due to the host canceling. They informed us through what's app that it was because of the wind. I asked if a refund would be provided. I was assured by the tour operator that it would be refunded and I screenshot the message and emailed it to Viator. It's been almost 2 months. No refund. They pretty much accept the reservation, cancel the activity and keep your money.

I had an amazing time. Second time parasailing. It was so relaxing. The view was amazing. The weather was perfect

It was a bit confusing the meeting place, that can be improved a bit. Out of that all expectacular

I always limit myself to doing this kind of thing because of dizziness and dizziness, but this was the most. Unique, I enjoyed it. I would definitely do it again!!! My husband was my partner.

Despite booking and paying for a tour that offered pickup, they asked us to walk and gave us a non existent business location. No one was there. We had to ask another local tour guide who got us in touch with a policy officer who took us to where they were loading boats. Will be booking all further excursions with that tour guide.

The price kept changing as we were passed from person to person also the time changed they were very disorganized we ended up on the boat with another family and the crew took pictures and videos but gave all of it to the other group we had to exchange information with plenty and split the bill and pictures ourselves

They NEVER answered my calls, texts, or emails regarding my trip. FRAUDULENT AND DONT BOOK!!! I requested a reschedule or refund and they NEVER RESPONDED!!!! FIND A Responsible, Reliable, and REPUTABLE TOUR COMPANY!

I should have read the reviews before booking this. DO NOT BOOK this tour. This is a fraudulent business. The tour indicates that hotel pick-up is included, and our hotel was listed as a participating, valid location. On the tour day, the operator sent a message with a location over 30 minutes away and told us that they "retired our location." They also told us it was highly unlikely that the tour would take place due to winds. They said they would let us know at around 1 p.m. about it. Just before 1:30, when we hadn't heard, I sent multiple messages inquiring about its status, all to no avail. They were clearly trying to manipulate us so that they could keep the payment for the tour. Other reviewers on this site have said the same thing, but I stupidly failed to read the reviews before I booked this!

Communication with this tour guide was non existent, I called multiple times to confirm our tour and no response. We ended up not doing it as they said they couldn’t

We scheduled the para sailing, they charged my credit card, and sent me an email saying no transportation available from our hotel in Cap Cana. I tried to get a taxi but they never gave me the address so I could not tell the driver where to go.
