Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Ophalen is mogelijk bij de meeste hotels in de gebieden Leblon, Ipanema, Copacabana, Flamengo en Downtown (Centro). Neem contact met ons op terug om de ophaaltijd aan te passen. Voor Barra da Tijuca/Recreio bieden wij ophalen tegen een extra tarief.

Horrible experience. Never got to parasail. Never got picked up. Was left on the pier. Worse process and communication.
Hello, You booked a tour on the same day as your return flight. At all times we make it clear that this is a weather and wind dependent tour, which is very clear, since it is an open air tour. We gave several warnings, that due to these conditions it is an unstable tour and may be delayed, which is what happened, when we got there we had to wait a moment for the flight to be possible. We have a 24-hour customer service department, you did not contact us and just notified us that you were leaving, on your on. our driver was there waiting for you.

On the day I was there the wind was not good to do the double,so both me and my girlfriend had to go solo my whole experience was awesome from being picked up on time, kind staff on the boat also being dropped of safely we also saw some dolphins diving and having fun.Thank you all for making my experience a safe and awsome one.

We had a great experience. It wasn’t windy enough food my boyfriend to parasailing but our guides were very apologetic and accommodating. They allowed him to wakeboard which was fun for him. I would definitely recommend.
