The weather changed and company canceled registration. I request possibility of going tomorrow morning. Was told no but could get refund.
You had to be at the airport at 02:00 PM as you mentioned. The morning flight starts at 10:00 AM, and the full experience takes around 4 to 5 hours. Accepting your request would have put your airport departure at risk, which would not be professional from our side. That is why we could not confirm your booking for the following morning. As agreed, your refund has already been processed.
Firstly it says tea or coffee is included. It isn’t. They never offered it, I never managed to actually do the paragliding as the weather was quite windy this was obviously not the workers fault. however the workers was very friendly
Thank you so much for your feedback! We usually share tea with our pilots and guests after the flight while watching the videos together. Unfortunately, the wind was too strong that day, so we couldn’t fly for safety reasons. Everyone, including you, received a full refund of course. Since we weren’t able to reach the landing area where we normally serve tea, we didn’t get the chance to offer it this time. We hope the weather is better next time so you can enjoy the full experience with us!
First experience from Marrakesh, unforgettable, everyone was adorable, Great Mood. I want to thank everyone that it was the driver (Omar), people who welcomed us and the pros who guided me for paragliding. Video in addition so I will never forget it!! The next time I come back to Marrakesh I will repeat this experience without hesitation

Our driver and pilot was Abdul who is very kind and professional. Absolutely beautiful experience which everyone should do at least once in a lifetime! Scenic and easy drive to the location, delicious tea, sense of tranquility when up in the sky over a stunning Moroccan countryside

We had a great time paragliding with Atlas Trekkers! We originally planned to do this activity a few days earlier. However, strong winds could not allow it so we did a couple days later. They communicated all the way through booking and even helped us get to our next activity on time as we were running tight on time. Loved every minute of it!
