Ontdek de schoonheid van de Etna tijdens een privétour met pick-up vanaf je accommodatie aan boord van een luxe Mercedes V-klasse minibus en Engelssprekende chauffeur. Bereik Rifugio Sapienza op 2.000 meter hoogte, waar je de Silvestri kraters verkent met een lichte, schilderachtige wandeling. Voor degenen die hoger willen gaan, is de kabelbaan naar 2.900 m optioneel (extra €80 pp) en biedt een adembenemend uitzicht - maar geen druk, de ervaring is hoe dan ook ongelooflijk. Stop vervolgens bij Oro d'Etna om lokale honing te proeven en de dramatische lavastroom van 1992 te bekijken. De tour gaat verder naar een lokale wijnmakerij, waar je kunt genieten van een wijnproeverij en een lichte lunch met uitzicht op de vulkaan. Gedurende de hele dag zal je chauffeur en trotse Siciliaan verhalen, cultuur en zijn diepe liefde voor het land delen. Stop bij het centrale plein om de majestueuze kerk van Zafferana Etnea te bezoeken, een stad op de hellingen van de Etna, gekenmerkt door een geschiedenis die je van dichtbij kunt kennen en bewonderen
we maken een korte wandeling rond de "Silvestri-kraters" op ongeveer 2000 meter boven zeeniveau, een panorama dat u niet snel zult vergeten. likeuren proeven en vrije tijd
Hier heeft u de mogelijkheid om typische lokale producten te proeven, zoals . honing, olie, olijven en nog veel meer.... U krijgt ook de mogelijkheid om hun producten rechtstreeks te kopen of te verzenden!!

Sergio was AMAZING!!! This tour was one of our favorite days in Sicily. Sergio made the entire event from beginning to end seamless and enjoyable while also adding his own personal knowledge and touch of authenticity. He’s a wealth of information beyond his tour specific info, we were blown away. We will definitely be scheduling again with him and HIGHLY recommend you do to!!!
Sergio is the absolute best! He is wonderfully fun, knowledgeable, experienced, safe, and just all around a perfect person to show you about the place he loves, Sicily. We wish we had booked more tours with him. He is spectacular and we were all talking about if he did any other tour we would want him with us. Don’t think, book Sergio!!

This was a wonderful trip—Etna is magnificent and the wine and food were fantastic. But what really made the experience was our new Sicilian friend, Sergio. I say friend, because that is how my wife and I felt about him after a splendid day. Sergio has extensive knowledge of just about every aspect of Sicily. He knows the history, the culture, the food, the drink, the geography, the geology, the horticulture, and so much more. His energy, his passion, and his enthusiasm for Sicily make the experience so much better than I can explain here. We began our day ascending Mt. Etna by (luxury) van. Words do not describe—it is majestic and fascinating and beautiful. Sergio then took us to a honey shop, where we got tastings of honey, olives, olive oil, and wine. Next was on to a large vineyard, where we enjoyed a multi-course lunch and another tasting. Saving the best for last, Sergio then took us to a lovely small vineyard, for a much more intimate and personalized tasting. The wines were fantastic, and the experience was top notch. As an added extra, Sergio took us to a ceramic shop at our request, and even showed us his hometown. Our best day in Taormina! My only regret was that we didn’t have Sergio plan the rest of our trip as well. We didn’t wonderful things, but none of it compared to our delightful day in Sergio’s care!!

Sergio provided a great and unique experience! If only all guides were like this! Not only very knowledgeable but also working 110% and putting his soul into his business! Probably you'll be told by Sergio, but don't wear white sneakers and better not to wear flat sole shoes

Sergio was the best tour guide and was super knowledgable! We had an unbelievable time visiting Mt Etna and learning all about the agriculture and history of the area. Gambino winery was the cherry on top at the end. Highly recommend, 10/10

This was a wonderful excursion! Our guide Sergio was the best ! He was very knowledgeable about Cecilia, Mt Etna all the floral and fauna surrounding the towns...and gave us a wealth of information and experiences to take home with us.
