De berg van zeven kleuren is een van de geologische wonderen die fascineert door zijn grote opzichtigheid. Het is een landschappelijke schoonheid voor de lust van uw ogen. Lama's worden grootgebracht en de lokale gemeenschappen zijn intact. Het is een juweel van de Andes en bestaat uit drie kleurrijke bergen met een spectaculair uitzicht op de besneeuwde Ausangate.

We halen u om 04.00 uur op met ons toeristisch transport vanaf uw hotel in Cusco. Daarna nemen we je mee door de Zuid-vallei van Cusco naar Cusipata waar we zullen ontbijten. De reis duurt ongeveer 1:30 uur.
na het ontbijt vervolgen we onze reis naar Checacupe. Als je in Checacupe aankomt, kun je wat snacks kopen en gebruik maken van de hygiënische diensten. Checacupe is een koloniale stad en de thuisbasis van een oude brug die erg lijkt op de laatste Inca-brug, Qeswachaca. Vervolg de reis vervolgens met de auto naar de parkeerplaats. Waar je ongeveer een uur loopt naar de berg van kleuren Palccoyo.
Bij het bereiken van de top van de berg kun je de prachtige natuur om je heen zien en de natuurlijke kleuren die het resultaat zijn van een mineralisatieproces dat deze landen miljoenen jaren hebben geleden. Onze gids geeft je de nodige informatie over deze attractie. Daarna kun je de plaats verkennen en de foto's maken die je wilt.
U keert terug naar de parkeerplaats waar ons transport op u wacht om u naar Checacupe te brengen, waar u kunt genieten van een heerlijke typische lunch uit de omgeving.
Na de lunch staat ons transport klaar om je terug te brengen naar de stad Cusco. We komen rond 17.00 uur aan.

Ophalen voor de Palcoyo Rainbow Mountain Tour begint ongeveer 30 minuten voor de geplande vertrektijd (rond 04:00 uur) vanuit Cusco. Perfect, perfect, perfect!! The guide was highly professional: he checked all the health conditions of the participants and inquired about our acclimatization to the altitude (arrival dates and altitudes experienced). He respected everyone's level and provided us with excellent advice.
David was very helpful in coordinating a private tour with pickup from Cusco , drop to Pisac and the tour to Palycoyo mountains the next day. We were dropped back to Cusco. Our driver Nico and tour guide Ricardo were both very warm friendly and informative.

We were at a slightly hidden address and transport knew we were there at the announced time. Our guide Lucas has been attentive to our needs and pace. Very interesting in his explanations and he had visual supports, objects to show and ... Peruvian toques to take us picture 🥰 What to say about our experienced driver on winding and curved roads. We surrendered safely. Simple little downside, the lunch included was cold is did not seem so fresh. However the dinner was very decent. Thank you very much for this great experience!
A fantastic day! This tour definitely felt like the most organized, most well thought out and executed of all the ones I've been on in Cusco. Good bus, punctual pickup, good guide. The restaurants were significantly better than most and had good food. There were so many people there, they didn't really have time to handle the drink orders for everyone who came in. The visit to the mountain itself was fantastic! It went at a slow pace, and without stress. But I still want to warn people about the altitude! Read about altitude sickness beforehand, listen to your body and the guide. It's really dangerous when you end up at these heights.

It is a long day but so worth it. Our guide was great. Breakfast was minimum fine and lunch was very good. Beautiful location for a hike/walk
I had already visited other colorful mountains in Cusco, but Pallay Punchu has a different landscape. The formations look like colored spikes. The tour was well organized and the guide explained a lot during the tour. It was a good experience.

At first I hesitated to visit this mountain of colors for the height, but it was certainly the best decision. The road was simple, I didn't feel the height. We were able to take pictures in the 3 colorful mountains and visited the stone forest. I recommend it to everyone who wants a hike not so heavy or demanding
I ventured to visit this beautiful mountain and really recommend it. Me and my family opted for a private tour, the guides were always attentive, we had a lot of fun. I'd go back to more of my relatives
I spent a few days in Cusco and decided to do the tour to Pallay Punchu because I wanted to know something different from the most famous places. The road is long but the scenery throughout is very beautiful. The walk has steep parts for the height, but the guide always kept an eye on the group. Getting upstairs and seeing the mountains with those shapes was amazing.
