Excellent experience. Liam was fantastic as the guide and made it fun. The food was beautifully presented . Attention to detail and staff were great and attentive. Would recommend for fans of Paddington Bear. Took 6 year old and three adults and we all enjoyed it. Would recommend.

Would definitely recommend. We had the afternoon tea yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. This was a birthday present and the surprise card and little cake were a lovely touch. The food was delicious and a bonus that you could keep the cup. Our team were Namata, Liam and Francesca and they all made it so fun. Thankyou all

Our experience with this afternoon tea bus tour was definitely not upsetting. They take you around interesting sights, do challenges like who can get the most waves, and even Paddington pops up and tells you about the place you are at sometimes. The length is ninety minutes, and considering that we were a family with very different children, no one got bored and no one complained. The atmosphere is fun but not too energetic, which definitely suits our family. The crowd size was around a full bus, but you could hear everything clearly from both decks. The staff were fun, entertaining, and invited us in many challenges. We even managed to get waves from a few other buses! Our servers/tour guides were: Conor, Chedeisy, Cysina and Aziz. This was an experience for an 11th birthday, and it was fun while not being ‘babyish’. The staff sang happy birthday and we were greeted with a cupcake and a card. The food had good quality and taste, even if we didn’t particularly like and eat all of it. We also appreciated that, although we don’t have any requirements, on other tables they were met (for example: vegan). Overall, we would recommend Paddington Bear Afternoon Tea Bus whatever age range or group, fun for younger ones and nostalgic for adults.

Fantastic experience! Great way to see the city while also riding the iconic double decker bus. Food was delicious and service was great!
Wonderful tour! The start location was changed due to a protest in the area, but they immediately called and let us know the new location. The tour was amazing and the food was so cute and perfectly themed. Sandwiches were particularly awesome - we expected them to be the least strong part of the menu but they were terrific. Make sure to book the front seats in the upper deck - they are slightly more but the view is worth it!

We went out on the 29th, super hot but that didn't affect the crew! everything was super fun and we learned quite a bit. The team were all super kind and helpful. Conor, Cyrina, Dorcas and Aziz were all awesome.

I absolutely loved the concept of the Paddington Afternoon Tea Bus Tour. As a tea lover and a Paddington fan, it was the perfect experience, but what made it truly special was being able to share it with my five-year-old son. We both adore Paddington, and being able to enjoy a traditional afternoon tea while exploring London's iconic landmarks together created memories we'll treasure for years to come. A special mention has to go to Kev, who was quite simply the best tour guide we could have hoped for. He kept everyone engaged from start to finish, and his extensive knowledge of London's history and landmarks really elevated the experience. His fascinating background stories and enthusiasm brought the city to life in a way I don't think any ordinary tour guide could have done. Alex, our server, deserves 11/10. He was warm, polite and incredibly attentive without ever being overbearing. Our drinks were topped up before we even had the chance to ask, and he made us feel genuinely looked after throughout the journey. His excellent service played a huge part in making the experience so enjoyable. The cakes and desserts were delicious, and the selection of drinks was lovely, with generous refills offered throughout the tour. Unfortunately, there was one aspect that let the experience down. While I appreciate that the vintage bus is part of the charm—and London's history is reflected in its character—the condition of the bus did feel a little tired. However, my biggest disappointment was the sandwiches. The choice of fillings was perfectly good, and the mini baguette was fresh, but the sliced sandwiches were made with stale bread. It seemed as though they hadn't been stored in airtight containers, which significantly affected the quality of the afternoon tea. Considering the experience cost £170, I did leave feeling a little disappointed. The outstanding staff, unique concept and memorable tour almost made up for it, but for that price I would expect every element of the food to be of the same high standard as the service. Overall, I would still recommend the experience for its originality, exceptional staff and wonderful atmosphere. With fresher sandwiches, it would easily be a five-star experience.

Conor, Alex & Quvat From the moment we climbed aboard, Conor had us laughing, pointing out hidden gems, and bringing Paddington’s London to life with brilliant stories and infectious enthusiasm. He somehow managed to keep everyone entertained while making it all look effortless. As Paddington says, “If we’re kind and polite, the world will be right,” and Conor clearly took that to heart. He was warm, funny, knowledgeable, and had the perfect answer to every question (even the slightly ridiculous ones). The tour itself was absolutely delightful, packed with iconic locations and enough Paddington magic to make you seriously consider carrying a marmalade sandwich everywhere. After all, “One should always have a spare marmalade sandwich for emergencies.” Wise words. Paddington also reminds us that “In London, everyone is different, and that means anyone can fit in,” and that’s exactly how the tour felt. Whether you’re five or ninety-five, Conor makes everyone feel part of the adventure. So yes, book the tour. It’s wonderful, and thanks again for an unforgettable day.
