The service was disrupted due to the Pride parade, resulting in multiple missed stops. To make matters worse, a last-minute change to our pickup location put a major wrench in our plans. London travel planning relies heavily on neighborhood proximity, so these unexpected shifts created some logistical frustration. The guide and service was amazing!
We thoroughly enjoyed the tour. The Paddington theme was lovely - from the bus, to the food, to spotting Paddington bears on the streets of London. Great crew too!
We enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea whilst enjoying the sights of London. As we were going to see Paddington the Musical in the evening it was a delightful way to spend the afternoon. Conor, Nas and Aziz were very attentive and knowledgeable.
The experience itself was phenomenal. Could have been great if each seat had a small fan given how hot it was! Paddington brings all the magic back and takes you through all the highlights of London! Great ride for 90 mins through the heart of London!
Our trip was a Paddington Bear themed afternoon tea which included a sightseeing tour of some of the main London tourist attractions. The experience for my granddaughter was one of her highlights of her trip to London. We all had a great time. The food had a good selection and there was plenty to eat The staff of Nella, Qurat,Ardi, and Conor were polite and attentive and very professional despite the very hot day. We must also complement the bus driver who gave us a smooth ride through the busy London traffic. There was a recorded commentary accompanied with a video on each table. The commentary was augmented at times by one of the staff who made it very fun and interactive for my granddaughter. We would highly recommend this tour!

A long overdue review, I booked the Paddington afternoon tea Bus Tour for my daughter’s birthday in March, and both of my daughters had a fantastic time. They thoroughly enjoyed the views around London, especially on such a lovely spring day. Our tour guide was very informative, sharing lots of interesting facts about the different locations and landmarks we passed. The commentary made the tour both enjoyable and educational. A special mention to Kev the tour guide, who made the experience extra special for my daughter’s birthday. He was great fun and helped create wonderful memories for our family. Diego was also very friendly and served unlimited drinks and was very attentive. The afternoon tea was also really lovely, and it was great to see that they cater for vegan and other dietary requirements. This made the experience even more inclusive and enjoyable for everyone. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, with great views, delicious food, and excellent service. I would highly recommend the tour to anyone looking for a fun and unique way to see London.

My mum and I did the Paddington afternoon tea bus this weekend. The afternoon tea was delicious, we loved that you could keep your Paddington themed cup afterwards also. The tour of London, London facts and Paddington Quiz was also a nice addition. I feel this is good for both adults and kids alike. We had Jeremias, Eden and Elliott on our bus and they were very attentive. Thank you!

Myself and my family had a lovely trip on the Paddington afternoon tea bus today for my 40th birthday. The bus is set up well, decorated nicely and it was well organised. The team (Jeremias, Eden and Elliott) were very attentive and Elliott kept everyone entertained with a quiz and commentary. The food was nice, especially the sandwiches. It's an expensive experience, but we felt it was worth the money. It was a warm day, but the bus had shark fans on board and bottles of cold water to help keep you comfortable. The tour is 90 minutes long.

My partner ( Thanks Olwen) and I had the most wonderful time. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome. It was such a lovely surprise – we both absolutely loved every bit of this delicious afternoon tea. We honestly couldn’t fault a thing! Nadiya was super attentive throughout; there was no rush at all, and everything felt relaxed and calm. A special thank you as well to Kev and Diogo, who were equally professional and made the experience even more enjoyable.
