Geniet van een 90 minuten durende wandeltocht door de magische wereld van Harry Potter, hier in Oxford. Onder leiding van een alumnus of huidige student van de Universiteit van Oxford is deze tour perfect voor fans die in de voetsporen van hun favoriete personages willen treden. Je bezoekt de boekhandel waar J.K. Rowling presenteerde eerst haar boeken, zag waar Emma Watson niet alleen acteerde maar ook studeerde, en passeerde bekende gezichten als Nearly Headless Nick. Je herkent de bogen en gotische pinakels die je in de films ziet — sommige rond de beroemde Divinity School, andere verborgen in het volle zicht door de hele stad. Het hoogtepunt van de tour is een bezoek aan New College, een van de mooiste colleges van Oxford, waar je de boom vindt waaronder Draco Malfidus in een fret werd veranderd. Van rustige kloosters tot scènes recht uit de tovenaarswereld, dit is een must voor iedereen die ooit van Zweinstein heeft gedroomd.

- Rolstoelgebruikers zijn welkom op de tour. Houd er rekening mee dat één klein gebied ontoegankelijk is, hoewel het slechts een paar minuten van de route beslaat. Sommige delen van New College kunnen ook moeilijk toegankelijk zijn. We raden voorzichtigheid aan vanwege oneffen oppervlakken, stoepranden en potentieel struikelgevaar. Houd ook rekening met voertuigen en fietsen, vooral in drukke gebieden.

Our guide was really good, being a student there he knew all of the secrets! He was fun and interesting to listen to the tour was laid-back and casual. Yet we got to see everything we wanted to see. I appreciated the pace of this tour and the flexibility.
Adam was a lovely guide, really informative and knowledgeable. There was a good balance between information about life at Oxford and the history of the university as well as all the Harry Potter information.
We had an absolutely amazing time on this tour, and it was all thanks to our incredible guide, Ashima! She was extremely knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and friendly throughout the entire experience. Her deep understanding of Oxford's rich history, combined with her extensive knowledge of all things Harry Potter, made the tour deeply engaging. What truly set this experience apart were the fun and interactive quizzes she prepared for us; they kept us entertained and made the whole journey so much more lively and memorable. We couldn't have asked for a better guide. If you are planning a visit, definitely look for Ashima-she made our trip truly unforgettable! Thank you so much!

I took the University tour earlier the same day and it was substantially similar. I would say about 75% of the tour we had already visited in the University tour in the morning. The highlight of the Harry Potter tour should be the entrance to New College where you are supposed to see filming locations, but, it was closed the day of our tour without notice, therefore we ended up not living the Harry Potter experience. Our tour guide Caitlin, was not adviced of the college being closed either, so this was not her fault, nor the tour company, since que college made the decision without previous notice. Although we didn't get to see the college as it was a expected, Caitilin did a great job trying the save the day and giving us a lot of information about the movie filming locations. I wrote directly to Alumni tour customer service and they were prompt on their response and provided me with a solution where we all were in agreement, this was very satisfying to have such an excellent service, not only from Caitlin, but for the tour management as well. Rest assured they will provide a solution in case something can't go as planned. I would suggest to evaluate taking both University and Harry Potter tours.
We had an excellent time with our guide Scarlett. She knew so much about all the different colleges their histories and Harry Potter. The places we went were interesting and well worth the visit. At the end of the tour Scarlett also gave us local reccommendations on food and activities.
Guided around by AK with besides info about Harry Potter shoots a lot of information and personal anecdotes regarding the traditions about studying at Oxford. She got is into some interesting places we wouldn't have been able to enter otherwise which very much added to the tour.
We really enjoyed our tour with Shruti! She was a fantastic guide and made it an interactive experience that my Harry Potter loving kid will never forget.
Srushti, or Sushi, was a great guide. Our group was a small group of 5, so it was very personal. She made it fun and engaging.
