Ouzoud Watervallen Trip vanuit Marrakech : Boottocht & optionele lunch

The ride to the waterfalls was really comfortable. The tour guide was really friendly and accommodating, we all had a fantastic day out. I would definitely if visiting marrakech!

This trip was The best day out we have had ! ! ! was absolutely mind blowing and the food was something else even my fussy child enjoyed it ! Good day all round and Ahmed our driver took the time to look after us and helped teach us about the culture was very attentive , Youssef the guide was fabulous happy to keep waiting for us all and made sure we missed nothing was excellent value for money and a great day all round

What a disappointing excursion. In retrospect, I seriously wonder if the people who describe this trip on Tripadvisor have ever been there themselves, because the description does not correspond to reality at all on several points. We started the day with about 30 minutes delay because we had to wait for people who were not ready at the agreed time and place. That's not directly the fault of the organization, but it was a nasty start. What the organization is responsible for, however, is keeping what is promised. According to the description, we would travel on an air-conditioned bus. In reality, we have twice been in a crowded bus for about three hours without working air conditioning, with all windows closed and temperatures around 44 degrees. I felt like we were sitting in a can like sardines. That is not only incredibly uncomfortable, but also irresponsible. The so-called “relaxing walk” also turned out to be a complete deception. This was not a relaxing walk, but a big climb and scramble. You have to go up and down about 700 steps, with some steps up to 60 cm high or low. Just honestly call this a tough walk so people know what they're getting into. And then the “azure water” from the description... That was nowhere to be seen. The water was dark brown, muddy and dirty. We have wondered several times whether this was the same place as in the pictures. The boat trip was also little. You sail a small circle while the boats constantly bump into each other and against the shore. I honestly thought that was unsafe rather than fun. The lunch was also very mediocre and nothing special. The only bright spot of the day was the guide. He visibly did his best to keep the atmosphere up with some lame jokes, but he also couldn't take away the disappointment. The waterfalls are beautiful, but absolutely not impressive enough to justify this trip, the heat and the arduous trip. If the organization would give an honest description instead of a romanticized sales pitch, we probably would never have booked this excursion. All in all, this excursion felt like a big setback. If I could have, I would have preferred my money back.

On time pick up very friendly. A few stops for toilet break and drink and ice cream then after a long drive in a air conditioning transfer arrived at waterfalls. Walked around and stopped for a fresh fruit drink you could have anything but I had a orange and pineapple juice amazing. Then went on a boat and got up close to the waterfalls completely out of this world. Then had a Moroccan meal delicious. Then walked on and saw monkeys very cute. Then another break before heading back to the transfer back to your hotel. Defiantly recommend worth every penny.

We had a wonderful time today! Witnessing the magnificent Ouzoud Waterfalls was truly mesmerising. From the collection point to the drop-off, everything was well organised and ran smoothly. Our driver, Majid, was polite and his assistant guide, Majid was friendly, informative and spoke English fluently. During the journey, he even gave us an interesting lesson on Moroccan languages, which made the trip even more enjoyable and memorable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend this tour!

Nice day at the Ouzoud waterfalls. Even though the roads are very narrow, our driver Miloud was very attentive to ensure everyone was comfortable. The local guide Youssef was very kind and helped us discover the wonderful waterfalls despite the crowds. We didn't see many monkeys, but this is normal given the crowd. The boat tour was excellent. Prices on-site are cheaper than in Marrakech.

Wonderful experience, the place is beautiful but what was most important was the guide, Yassir, one of those who appears in the photo, speaks perfect Spanish and managed to create an atmosphere among the whole group beyond just a commercial relationship.

It was a very nice trip to Ouzoud but thanks to the bus driver, Hassan, and his assistant Majid, we learned along the way about the history of Morocco, the different languages, the meaning of the flags, the infinite olive groves. RECOMMENDED TO TRAVEL WITH THEIR COMPANY!

Super experience, very complete. To do. An amazing guide (Younes), very invested in each member of the group and in everyone's language, children as well as adults. He took care of everyone: checked in with the children whom he designated as guides, gave his arm to a person the whole descent to help them, answered our questions, helped us approach the monkeys... This excursion contained everything necessary (monkeys, shopping stops, discovery and refreshments, boat), only the meal is extra but the guide accompanies us to a restaurant no more expensive than what one finds in the excursions already included. I highly recommend it. And in the middle of a heatwave, it's a place that brings coolness with the river and the walk under the olive trees. Be careful, you still need closed-toe shoes and should avoid having trouble going down or up, on the dirt or the stairs; 2 people in my group did it (one with a crutch and the other in flip-flops and a bit elderly) but it wasn't easy for them. Very beautiful day, I recommend it.
