Laat de stad achter je en ervaar de ware geest van Moldavië in één onvergetelijke dag. Begin uw ochtend met een inclusief traditioneel ontbijt en een museumbezoek met gids in restaurant Safari. Hier wordt u verwelkomd door de eigenaren, die u persoonlijk door hun privémuseum zullen Gids. Binnen verken je drie zalen met Collecties biermokken, wapens uit verschillende tijdperken en unieke kaarsen. (Afhankelijk van beschikbaarheid)
Reis naar de iconische Orheiul Vechi — de meest adembenemende natuurlijke en historische plek van Moldavië. Volg je Gids door eeuwenoude grotten, uitzichtpunten op heuvels en het charmante dorpje Butuceni, waar de tijd lijkt stil te staan. Wandel langs stenen huizen, vriendelijke lokale bevolking en rustige boerderijdieren terwijl u geniet van de authentieke landelijke sfeer. Je hebt vrije tijd om te lunchen in een lokaal restaurant naar keuze.
In de middag bezoekt u Epoca de Piatră — een uniek grotrestaurant uitgehouwen in de rots. Verken het unieke interieur en geniet desgewenst van een vers gezette koffie, die bij uw tour is inbegrepen. (Afhankelijk van hun schema)
(optioneel) Als de zon begint te ondergaan, komt u aan bij Epicrama Winery, een gezellig familiebedrijf met uitzicht op eindeloze wijngaarden. Leun achterover met een glas wijn (optioneel), zie de lucht goud kleuren en voel de dag vertragen voordat u teruggaat naar Chișinău. Er kunnen wijzigingen zijn in dit deel van de tour, afhankelijk van de weersomstandigheden en het evenementenschema van de wijnmakerij.

Good variety and fun staff. The guide was knowledgeable and still left some ‘alone’ time for people to explore on their own. Great for people looking to see alot in a short time.
Asya was an informative and engaging guide, and old Orhei and the Cricova winery were fascinating places to visit. I was lucky to be able to join a group with other English speakers, and we had fun with Asya and the enigmatic Alex (Sasha). I can highly recommend.
Moldova is a beautiful country. Asya was absolutely amazing tour guide, very caring and kind. I was travelling with my elderly parents, Sacha the driver picked up us straight from our hotel. There are a lot of stops included within the itinerary, plus local food and tea tastings which were really good. We really enjoyed the tour and would gladly recommend to others who visit Moldova.
Really very nice and suggestive experience. I found myself very well with both the guide (whose name unfortunately I can’t remember) and the owner of the agency who accompanied us during the tour to Old Orhei and Butuceni. The guide was very knowledgeable and explained a lot of interesting things along the way. The owner, speaking Italian, helped me a lot with the translations, since I don't speak very good English, still allowing me to enjoy the tour without difficulty. Excellent organization: punctuality, respect for the schedule and great availability throughout the day. An experience that I absolutely recommend.
I had an absolutely outstanding day trip to Old Orhei with Travel Moldova Agency on 21/01 and cannot recommend it highly enough. My guide, Asya, was truly exceptional and a real credit to her company. She is incredibly friendly, highly knowledgeable, and communicated everything brilliantly. My driver, Sasha, was equally excellent, and I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout the journey. The scenery is breathtaking, the churches wonderfully peaceful, and I learnt so much about Moldovan history and culture. The clifftop monastery, in particular, was spectacular. The food was also lovely – I recommend trying the polenta with sheep’s cheese and sour cream. Coffee at Epoca de Piatra, the cave restaurant, was a unique experience, too. An unforgettable experience from start to finish – highly recommended!
