In tegenstelling tot de standaard kooklessen, zullen de gasten minstens 3 traditionele pastasoorten met de hand bereiden en genieten van een volledig traditioneel diner met lokale wijn in een meer intieme en premium setting die is ontworpen om een diepere verbinding met het echte Puglia te bieden.

Excellent experience with Fabio and his mom, Maria. We loved our meal and conversation. The orchiette making was terrific as well. Highly recommend. However, when I received the location the day of the event, it took me to the main office for activities in Ostuni - not the location of class. It was kind of crazy figuring how to deal with transportation.
Our Host Fabio did everything perfect! Very Fun, very Organized The food and Hospitality were all top notch! So glad we chose this class!

This was exactly the experience we were looking for. Nonna Joanna welcomed us into her home, and the two guides provided excellent translation to her instructions. Our family of four learned pasta making skills, and took with us some good memories.
