If you are going to Oslo, book Neil H. It was the most wonderful, educational and fun day touring Oslo. Neil, being an actor, shares the stories of Oslo in the most amazing manner. His depth of knowledge is unmatched. Leave plenty of time to explore the stunning works in Vigeland Park. Can’t wait to return and discover more.
Curated specifically for our travel style and preferences, adopted to have the perfect balance of token tourist meets local gems.
We had a private tour of Oslo with this guide and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. He speaks fluent Spanish and it is clear that he knows the city thoroughly — he shared history, context, and anecdotes about every place we visited, always with a great deal of detail and precision. But what stood out the most was his attitude: he was one of the most helpful guides we have had on any trip. Patient, enthusiastic, always attentive to our interests, and willing to adjust the route on the fly. It was clear that he genuinely enjoys what he does. Totally recommended for anyone looking for a private tour in Oslo with a guide who really knows what he is talking about. Thank you for making our day in Oslo so special!
We did the two hour tour. Neil, our tour guide, was fantastic. He had some great history to share with us about various sites, and was very entertaining. Highly recommend this tour!
Nice overview of central Oslo, 3 hours is a perfect amount of time. Fabio was very friendly & entertaining.
Fabio began the tour with a walk through Oslo’s spectacular library which was unexpected and a wonderful place. The tour continued through the main areas in Oslo where we stopped for coffee and the famous cinnamon roll, and ended at the City Hall where we were able to view the room where the Nobel Peace Prize is awarded. Great tour, Fabio is charming, well informed and energetic!
Fabio arranged our tour schedule so we could visit Oslo city hall before closing and took us to visit the Vigekand sculpture park. We appreciate his special efforts for our tour.
Liga was an excellent guide. The tour was a perfect amount of time and we saw most of the key sites in Oslo. She even took us to her favorite waffle wagon. It's ours now too! We appreciated the communication we had with her before our tour. Although there were lots of tourists everywhere, we went Liga was able to navigate to avoid the crowds by taking easy mass transit options. We would recommend this tour for couples with a limited amount of time who want to see the highlights of Oslo.
Neil is terrific! Based on other reviews, we requested him. He was highly responsive to our needs, and very enthusiastic and entertaining. He uses his experience as an actor to bring historical events to life with a touch of humor. I highly recommend spending a few hours with him discovering Oslo!
Fabio was a great guide. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. We learned so much about Oslo and enjoyed his suggestions.
