Dit is een unieke workshop die een taiko-drumervaring als attractie biedt! De ervaring heeft de vorm van een missie waarin de deelnemers een missie krijgen in de vorm van een taiko-speler die zijn geheugen is vergeten en succesvol op het podium moet optreden, en aan het einde van de workshop kunnen ze een kostuum aantrekken en ervaren hoe het is om op het theaterpodium te spelen in een innovatieve structuur. Een video van deze uitvoering, opgenomen en bewerkt, wordt gepresenteerd aan degenen die het meemaken. Aan het einde kan iedereen een herdenkingsfoto maken om een pagina in je geheugen achter te laten. Jij bent de held van het verhaal. Je hebt je aangesloten bij de taiko-performancegroep TEMPO DRUMS, waar je al zo lang deel van uit wilde maken, en vandaag is de langverwachte eerste uitvoering. Maar zodra je bij het theater aankomt, vergeet je alle herinneringen aan TEMPO DRUMS... Je weet niet hoe je de drums moet bespelen, hoe je de kostuums of zelfs de liedjes moet dragen voor je eerste optreden!

Excellent!! My husband and I had a brilliant time at this experience. It was only the two of us, which honestly made it even more fun. At first, the moves feel a bit overwhelming to learn but you really quickly settle into the rhythm of it, and Yuya-san and the others were so high energy and funny - it didn’t feel daunting if you made a mistake. We loved it so much we stayed for the Osaka Night Fusion show after - I can’t recommend it enough.

The class was small but the instructors were attentive. They’re high energy and very encouraging. Overall, there’s a few beat combos and the whole routine is less than 5 minutes. Very low stakes way to try something new. Don't be shy! Mistakes will happen but the show will go on! It made me want to come back to see them perform and that was amazing!

This was an amazing experience. First of all, SUPER cheap and great value - cost me 26USD and nobody else signed up, so it was three drummers instructing just me for an hour. You'll learn a bunch of drumming, posing, and shouting patterns that eventually turn into a full song. They were all very energetic, fun, and great teachers, and really make you feel like you're one of them by the end of it. I was also quite amused and deeply honoured that they asked me a few times if I was Japanese (I'm not, but could physically pass and speak the language decently), and finally told me I have "日本の魂" (a Japanese soul). Amazing Taiko Drum Experience! We had such an incredible time at the Tempo Drums Taiko experience! The energy was absolutely electric from start to finish — the drumming was powerful, fun, and completely immersive. The instructors were so engaging and made it easy for everyone to join in, no matter their age or skill level. Our kids especially loved it and haven’t stopped talking about it since! It’s the perfect mix of music, movement, and teamwork. We’d definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable experience!

A fun emersive playful experiance. The hosts were excellent and we had a great time on the drums. I was sightly sceptical when I booked but enjoyed myself! This isn't a history lesson it's a fun hands on activity!

Absolutely amazing experience. The 4 instructors were high energy and really fun. If you are in Osaka it’s a must do. Don’t need any musical experience to get 100% enjoyment. The entrance is at the top of the escultor (floor 2)

Being Taiko players in the UK and having done some training in Japan in the past, this was the best pert of our trip. We had difficulty downloading the video we went back to watch the actual show. Afterwards the guys helped us do this as our Japanese is embryonic! Amazing experience and. We will do it again when we get back to Osaka one day! Thank you so much

As professional musicians we always wanted to play on a Taiko drum! And this experience gave us this chance. It was a very energetic show, where you learned some rythems on the drums in a very playful way! So if you are in Osaka and near the aquarium, go and enjoy playing the Taiko drum! Even if you don't have a musical background. The energetic teachers alone makes it 100% worthwhile! 100% would recommend and a must go when you're in Osaka!
