Rudy was a great tour guide, he gave insight about the life in Japan that I wasn't expecting! Interesting topics and unique tour! Recommend it !
A tour we will highly recommend, was really interesting and alot of fun. Our guide (Rudie) was very informative and fun to be with and had a fantastic meal afterwards!
The tour is exactly as advertised: very gritty and real. We wanted to see the darker parts of Osaka and we did. There were prostitutes and pimps, gambling, dirty games, swinging clubs and secret gay bars. We even saw two men beating up a third on a back alleyway, causing the group to quickly shuffle away. I don’t think we were ever in real danger because our expert guide knew how to keep us safe. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed it and would do it again!
Brian was amazing! His personality made this tour so entertaining and fun! We loved our tour and he even showed us a really great knife store! We appreciated his courtesy and knowledge! Don’t miss this tour!
Guided tour was very informative. Heard a lot of new things about Japan and Japanese. Mari was an inspired guide with a lot of knowledge.
The description of the tour is clear. That’s what you gonna do and experience. If you are a fan of seeing the different parts of a city then this tour is for you. I had an excellent tour guide named: Mari. She told us a lot about the other sides of Japan. It was not only a one way street regarding the information, she actually makes sure the conversation is flowing about the topics you’ll see during the tour. I would say this really is a unique tour to join. It’s a tour you won’t experience in many places around the world. I had the dinner option included and we ate at a nice restaurant and got lots of different delicious food.
Fascinating tour. Our guide, Knox, was knowledgeable, engaging, and a good hang. Money well spent.
Yesterday we had Deep Backstreet tour in Osaka with Knox. We did not know what to expect but it turned out to be fantastic experience. During our 3 weeks visit in Japan we had many tours but this was definitely one of the best and most fascinating ones. We saw a learned about “other “ side of Japanese culture. And Knox is really exceptional! His energy and knowledge was really terrific. I would definitely advise to take this tour to everyone who is interested not only in the main and obvious spots.
Brian was an amazing host. This tour was super interesting and totally unexpected, very different from what I was thinking it would be. I would highly recommend it. It was very entertaining, very eye-opening, very cool. Definitely add this to your list if you're in Osaka.
It was very fun and super interesting and I would for sure recommend to friends and family
