Authentic cooking experience with Italian experts. Hosts are welcoming, friendly and engaging. Chef Paulo is entertaining, knowledgeable and shows all the steps on how to properly prepare the dishes. Even though Chef Paulo speaks Italian and we didn’t, he was easy to follow through demonstrations. Highly recommend!

This cooking class was the highlight of our Italy trip. I have taken many cooking classes in the US and Europe but, by far, this class will be the most memorable. We met Alessandra at the reception desk of the hotel and she informed us that she would be our translator. We then met the chef, Paolo, an adorable older man who was very patient with us and a great teacher. His optimism and happy demeanor was very contagious. We were fortunate to get a private class and had extra practice in making pasta which we really appreciated. The antipasto was incredible with an unlikely combination of ingredients but for us, was the star dish along with the pasta dish. We will definitely be back and we will bring our friends.

I have never participated in a cooking class so I was very much looking forward to the event. However, the quality of the recipe chosen (chicken Cacciatore) for us to make was disappointing considering the fee my husband and I paid for the class. The class advertisement also mentioned wine tasting which, in my mind, means small tastings of a variety. This was not the case. The person who was supposed to translate for us was constantly leaving the kitchen to deal with other matters. This left us with having to resort to Google translate to understand what the Chef was saying. The best part of the cooking class was the personality of the chef. She was very upbeat and sweet and we had a lot of laughs!
