It is a tour through the vicinity of the Port of Mogán in a small submarine where you can see, in addition to a series of columns and other artificial objects that imitate a sunken city, two small real shipwrecks and varied marine fauna.
The blonde haired lady on reception was rude, never made eye contact and just barked orders. The trip is expensive for what it is, the water was too murky with the movement of the submarine to get any decent photos, maybe once down stay a bit longer for the sediment to clear. Very good commentary via the headphones but all in all just a conveyer belt to rush you on and off to get the next lot of passengers embarked. Due to not being able to take photos I don’t rate this very highly and the rudeness of the “receptionist” is making me give this a very poor review

Underwater visibility can vary depending on sea conditions and natural sediment, which is unfortunately beyond our control and may affect visibility during the dive. The duration of the excursion is clearly indicated before booking, and departures are scheduled every hour to ensure a smooth operation for all guests. Nice short adventure, especially for children. Where else can you ride in a real submarine? Since our accommodation was only a ten-minute walk away, the time spent was minimal. Overall, many fish were seen, but none other than while snorkeling.

This trip has the potential to be great, apart from saying we have been on a submarine it was the worst trip we have been on. I honestly cannot understand how anyone could enjoy it. It cost €120 euros for 4 people, which included a discount. It didn't go down as far as stated and was for only 35 mins. The worst part was there was nothing really to see. Hardly any sea life, fish were almost non existent. There were some man-made concrete blocks dropped into the sea, and the ship wrecks were pointless, nothing to see at all. Visibility was OK although cloudy. Even if it had been perfect there is next to nothing to see. The hype of going and how it actually is doesn't match up. I would have asked for my money back apart from it did do as it said and took you under the sea. Worst trip I can ever remember going on, I would avoid at all costs. The yellow submarine looks exciting but it is not in any way.

The duration of the excursion and the maximum operating depth are clearly stated before booking. Underwater visibility and marine life vary depending on natural sea conditions. The concrete structures you saw are artificial reefs, specially designed to promote marine life and create new habitats for local species.
Wasn’t sure what to expect… Was pleasantly surprised….The submarine was well maintained, spotless and safe. Family really really enjoyed it. Thanks for a great experience 👌

The submarine experience itself was very good and well worth doing. The staff were friendly, and it was a unique experience that we really enjoyed. However, be very careful with the parking. We paid €2.40 for parking, but when we tried to leave, the exit scanner wouldn't accept our ticket. We pressed the help button and spoke to the operator, who insisted we hadn't paid, so we paid again. The exact same thing happened, so we ended up paying a third time. Strangely, the barrier finally opened without even scanning the ticket. We weren't the only ones affected—two cars in front of us and one behind us also had to pay at least twice. We wanted to make a complaint, but the parking office is on the other side of the marina, and to get there you would have to enter the car park again and pay once more. It really felt like a scam and left a bad impression after an otherwise great experience.

If you want to dive to -20 meters with a submarine. You will see two sunken ships and fish. The seabed is not great, but the experience is fantastic.
