【OKADA】Kyoto Japanse kalligrafie ervaring (shodo)

Ontketen je innerlijke kunstenaar door de tijdloze schoonheid van Japanse kalligrafie in het hart van Kyoto! First biedt een meeslepende en Beginner vriendelijke kalligrafie ervaring speciaal ontworpen voor internationale reizigers. In deze hands-on workshop zal je : • Leer de geschiedenis en betekenis van kanji karakters • Oefen het schrijven met een traditionele fude kwast en sumi inkt • Krijg begeleiding bij de juiste houding, penseeltechniek en slagvolgorde • Maak je eigen originele kalligrafie op een shikishi bord (die je mee naar huis kunt nemen als uniek souvenir) Optionele uitbreidingen zijn het schrijven op een traditionele sensu vouwventilator ( + ¥1.500) of uchiwa platte ventilator ( +¥800) - perfect voor cadeaus of aandenkens! Alle instructie is beschikbaar in het Engels. Geen voorafgaande ervaring nodig—alleen nieuwsgierigheid en creativiteit. ※Kimono is niet inbegrepen in het plan. Kom en beleef een rustig, artistiek moment in de historische wijk van Kyoto en vertrek met een stukje Japan dat je zelf hebt gemaakt.

The calligraphy class we took was a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing experience. The small number meant it felt really personal and enhanced the experience. Yuka and Aya explained the Japanese characters and the written characters and demonstrated how to take time and care with each aspect of the process from preparing the ink block to the brush strokes for each part. Taking time to quietly focus on this was both calming and relaxing and having a piece of calligraphy (along with the earlier attempts!) to take home is a wonderful keepsake of a unique experience. I would highly recommend this class.
The whole experience was great. The two young ladies were very knowledgeable about calligraphy and very patient with our young kids. They had excellent English and kept the attention of our 11 year-old and 6 year-old twins. They were very encouraging and enthusiastic. Our kids loved the experience.
