Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Stuur ons de naam en het adres van uw hotel / accommodatie om de transferservice te regelen. Hotel pick-ups beginnen ongeveer 60 tot 90 minuten voor deze tijd, de exacte ophaaltijd wordt geadviseerd bij herbevestiging. Het is belangrijk dat u ons uw kamernummer stuurt, zodat we toegang hebben tot het resort voor het ophalen. We doen geen transfers vanuit Cancun. Als u in de omgeving van Cancun verblijft, kunnen we tegen een toeslag een privétransfer regelen. Neem contact met ons op voor meer informatie.

- Documenten die bij de ingang van de tour moeten worden getoond Volwassenen: Officieel identiteitsbewijs, IFE of INE, tijdelijk of permanent verblijf afgegeven in Quintana Roo. Kinderen, baby's jonger dan 5 jaar: officieel identiteitsbewijs.
- Passagiers moeten minimaal 5 jaar oud zijn. De minimaal vereiste hoogte is 1,20 meter (3 voet 9 inch).
- Maximaal gewicht per voertuig: Enkel – 175 kg (386 lbs) Dubbel – 210 kg (463 lbs)
- Wij behouden ons het recht voor om toegang te krijgen in het geval een passagier onder invloed is van alcohol of drugs.

I give this a 6 out of 10! 1st, it took an hour to sign paperwork, go over the rules, and finally get on ATV’s. We then drove down a public road that was dusty as hell! 2nd-Make sure you buy their $9 bandana or bring your own. You can’t ride without one! Our group was too large and too slow. We stopped so many times it was ridiculous. 100 degrees out riding a hot motor, you have to move. 3rd-we got to the denote, which was really cool! Thumbs up👍. Make sure you have water shoes! The ride back is basically making concrete out of your body. You are wet from cenote, and now covered in sand and concrete dust! Total mess. Again, too many ATV’s and took too long. 4th- we then got to the monkey sanctuary. This was pretty cool. A few things-BRING mosquito repellant!!! They will be all over you. Take off all jewelry and leave at home! You will get to have a Monkey walk over your head, but u can have NO jewelry or anything in your pockets. Our guide was good and very knowledgeable. But it looks nothing like the marketing materials. Old and run down buildings and sandy trails marked with rocks. I just don’t think I can recommend this attraction, not for the money! I am actually being very fair, and probably too nice on this review BTW! T
Our visit to the sanctuary was amazing and memorable. We did the ATV tour to a cenote followed by the monkey sanctuary experience. It did not disappoint. The drivers the shuttled us to and from the sanctuary, our ATV and cenote guide, and our guide through the sanctuary were all friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. This is a must do when visiting the area.

This experience was a 10/10. The guides were so friendly, shout out Alexis and Angel! And they had so much knowledge about the history of the cenotes and the animals we saw. We absolutely thought it was worth every penny. We had a relatively small group with just 10 people and everyone got specialized attention and everyone’s questions were answered. The ATV track was mostly a normal road but the road to the center had some fun hills and bumps. Meeting the monkeys was included which was just so so so amazing. Don’t miss this experience. We had the best time!!

This experience was amazing. The guide was so informative about the animals and had plenty of time to listen to our very chatty and enthusiastic 9 year old. The ATV route was great, through the jungle and on off beaten tracks that made it exciting. Topped off with a refreshing swim in the cave cenote, it was a really fun trip out and we felt really well looked after.

This was awesome, had a ton of fun. The monkey sanctuary is really interesting, although its basically a small zoo. Super informative guides. The ATV ride thru the jungle was a blast, and the cenote was beautiful.

This adventure was amazing! We had a blast riding ATV's to the cenote, then got to tour the sanctuary and interact with the cutest capuchin monkey, Benito!

For experienced ATV riders I would say that portion is lacking but great for inexperienced riders. The sanctuary and cenote were both a fun time. The tour guides were nice and knowledgeable.

This is a must do if you are looking for an excursion! The staff was amazing and helpful. The atv experience was so fun! They crafted is into groups of people who had experience wit riding and people who didn’t so everyone was able to have a good experience. The cenotes are beautiful! The monkey sanctuary was so great. Everyone knows so much about the monkeys and their history. They were very knowledgeable about the rehabilitation process of the monkeys. So cool!
The guide was fantastic. I really loved the Monkey Sanctuary, however the cenote was just okay for me as well as the ATV ride.
