- Een geldig geldig identiteitsbewijs met foto is vereist op de dag van de reis.
- Alle tassen zijn onderworpen aan inspectie. Er zijn gratis kluisjes beschikbaar om spullen op te bergen tijdens het vliegen.
- Kinderen moeten worden begeleid door een volwassene. Kinderen jonger dan 2 jaar moeten gratis op de schoot van een volwassene zitten.
- Alle passagiers zijn verplicht om een verklaring van afstand te ondertekenen voordat ze vliegen.

Great experience, we really enjoyed our flight. Everything went like clockwork. Staff were friendly, plenty of reminders and information received beforehand. The meeting point is just along from Governors Island ferry terminal, which is not far from the Staten Island ferry terminal. There were lockers for our bags. The views were amazing. The full set of digital pictures were available for 40 dollars afterwards.

The team is really top-notch! We had to move our tour because of the weather, and everything was put in place to find a solution. There were six of us, and the pilot was great and very reassuring with me, as I was not very comfortable. We had the tour in English, and it was perfect! It is truly an unforgettable experience that you will not regret! I recommend them 100%!

This was a fantastic experience!! We had a buisness trip to the City and this was one of the Highlights of the week. Got some great photos of Manhattan from above and we will never forget it. Thanks Viator and HeliNYC.

We chose the Deluxe formula, which is supposed to be longer and allow you to see more things. Unfortunately, our placement on the plane did not allow us to fully enjoy the experience: we were both sitting from the back, which clearly ruined the panorama. Nevertheless, the tour remains beautiful; you can see and see the emblematic monuments of New York and some of its neighborhoods. However, disappointment remains regarding our placement. Considering the price, it might be better to reduce the number of people on the plane to offer better value for money
