- Check-in is 45 minuten voor de geplande vluchttijd. Als u dit niet doet, kan dit leiden tot langere wachttijden of verbeurdverklaring van de vlucht.
- Vanwege het comfort en gewicht / balans van het vliegtuig, zullen passagiers die meer dan 250lbs (113kgs) wegen een extra stoel moeten kopen. Dit is rechtstreeks te betalen aan de touroperator op de dag van de tour.300 - lb (136kg) maximum gewicht per passagier.
- Alle passagiers, inclusief kinderen, moeten een door de overheid uitgegeven ID / paspoort hebben, anders kan uw vlucht worden geweigerd.
- Alle vluchttijden zijn bij benadering en kunnen worden gewijzigd als gevolg van weersomstandigheden en gewichtsbeperkingen. Houd er rekening mee dat audiotaalselectie niet wordt gegarandeerd en op basis van beschikbaarheid is. Als er meer dan 2 talen worden aangevraagd op dezelfde vlucht, kan het audiocommentaar standaard Engels zijn. Vanwege de onvoorspelbare aard van technische problemen kunnen we geen zekerheid bieden over de audiofunctionaliteit van de headsets.
- Passagiers kunnen op elk moment tussen hun toegewezen inchecktijd en hun geboekte tourtijd vliegen. Werkelijke vluchttijden kunnen variëren op basis van operationele behoeften, weersomstandigheden en passagiersstroom.
- Vluchten gekocht voor 2 maart 2026, de $ 40 per persoon heliport fee was niet inbegrepen in de oorspronkelijke boekingsprijs. Deze toeslag dient te worden betaald op het moment van inchecken.

5 people in a helicopter and one person who pays the same as everyone else on the flight gets squashed between 2 big guys in the centre seat, 4 inches less headroom and no view with someone leaning forward to take a movie or a photo for the whole trip. Add to that you pay extra for a locker and can't hear the pilot because of 3 different air traffic controllers all on the same frequency. Poor experience, wouldn't recommend for the amount of money paid!!! Fly with another company.
Superb! Flight that was supposed to be canceled for presidential reasons, but they were responsive and accommodating.

Nice flight but less flight time than the offer made in the offer. There were 4 of us and they filled the aircraft with 2 other people so that 1 person in the group saw nothing about the flight sitting in the middle. Price vs. deceptive experience

It started out rough, our flight was delayed, but they were able to reschedule for the next day. The ride was totally worth it and they accommodated us for the delay. Top notch.
