De West Nusa Penida Tour neemt je mee op verkenning van de schoonheid van het eiland Nusa Penida, het grootste van de drie eilanden voor de zuidoostelijke kust van Bali, samen met Nusa Lembongan en Nusa Ceningan. Je bezoekt de iconische Kelingking Cliff (T-Rex Head Cliff), Broken Beach (Pasih Uug), Angel's Billabong en Crystal Bay Beach. Het eiland Nusa Penida heeft heuvelachtig terrein met een maximale hoogte van 524 meter en is droger dan het nabijgelegen Bali, maar staat vooral bekend om zijn prachtige kliffen en ongerepte kustlijnen. Deze reis biedt ook de mogelijkheid om te boeken voor een gedeelde snorkeltrip op 4 plekken, waaronder Manta Bay.

De West Tour van Nusa Penida begint met het ophalen van uw villa/hotel en het vervoeren naar Sanur Beach (haven), wat ongeveer 45 - 60 minuten duurt. Van daaruit steekt u over naar Nusa Penida, een reis van ongeveer 30 - 45 minuten. Wij zijn beschikbaar om u te helpen met het snel inchecken en instappen van uw bootticket.
Na 30 - 45 minuten varen, arriveert u in Nusa Penida (Banjar Nyuh Harbor), waar uw eilandtour of snorkeltocht begint. Het aankomstproces duurt ongeveer 15 minuten.
Voordat de snorkeltrip begint, krijgt u een briefing en wordt u voorzien van uitrusting (masker en vinnen). De reis duurt ongeveer 120 minuten en omvat 4 snorkelplekken. Nadat de snorkeltrip is afgelopen, gaat de tour verder met een eilandtour. Deze bestemming wordt overgeslagen als je de eilandtour alleen boekt zonder het snorkelpakket.
De reistijd van de haven van Penida naar Angel's Billabong bedraagt ongeveer 45 tot 60 minuten, afhankelijk van de verkeerssituatie. U verblijft hier maximaal 15 tot 30 minuten. Het wordt vaak de Natural Infinity Pool bij Angel Billabong genoemd omdat het een natuurlijke formatie is waarbij de rotsen zijn geërodeerd door zeewatergolven, waardoor een vorm ontstaat die lijkt op een klein zwembad.
Je bent in slechts 10 minuten lopen op deze plek, waar je maximaal 15 tot 30 minuten bent. Deze bestemming trekt talloze toeristen die graag getuige willen zijn van het unieke karakter van Broken Beach. Je kunt hier fantastische foto's maken, aangezien deze toeristische attractie een ongelooflijk Instagramwaardige achtergrond biedt.
Na een bezoek aan Broken Beach of na het snorkelen (als je de eilandtour met een snorkelpakket hebt geboekt), stop je bij een restaurant voor de lunch, waar je ongeveer 60 minuten zult doorbrengen. Na de lunch gaat de reis verder naar Kelingking Cliff. De totale tijd die nodig is van Broken Beach naar het restaurant is 30 minuten.
De volgende bestemming is Kelingking Cliff, ook wel bekend als T-Rex Head Cliff. Het beschikt over natuurlijke schoonheid en een adembenemend landschap, waardoor het een populaire plek is voor fotografie. Veel toeristen komen hier om van het adembenemende uitzicht te genieten. De totale tijd die u hier doorbrengt, vanaf de laatste restaurantplek tot aan de parkeerplaats en vervolgens naar de klifplek, bedraagt maximaal 30 - 60 minuten.
De reis van Kelingking naar Crystal Bay duurt ongeveer 60 minuten. Bij Crystal Bay is het strand versierd met kokospalmen, wat de schoonheid van de kustlijn versterkt. Met zijn heldere water en zachte golven is deze plek perfect voor strandsnorkelen op Nusa Penida. Je brengt hier maximaal 60 minuten door. Vanwege de beperkte tijd wordt deze bestemming overgeslagen als je de eilandtour boekt met een snorkelpakket.
Nadat u alle bestemmingen heeft bezocht, wordt u afgezet bij de haven van Nusa Penida, wat ongeveer 30 tot 60 minuten duurt om te bereiken. Zodra de gids/chauffeur klaar is met het verwerken van het inchecken voor uw snelle bootticket, duurt de cruise terug van Nusa Penida naar de haven van Sanur ongeveer 45 - 60 minuten.
Bij aankomst in de haven van Sanur wordt u teruggebracht naar uw hotel. De duur is afhankelijk van de locatie van uw hotel, maar zal waarschijnlijk 60 - 90 minuten duren.

It was a great experience and a lot of fun. They use mini-van to pick up passengers living in nearby areas instead of a bus so you don't need to worry about getting picked up early while waiting to pick everyone up in the next few hours. When I asked the driver how many people are in the tour in total, he said 100. I thought he was joking but I was surprised to find out that was true! But I would say it was pretty well organized despite the huge number of people. We went to 3 snorkeling spots in the end but it was OK given the timeline. We spent ~15 min at each spot, which is just the right amount of time. The biggest surprise was that they had GoPro to shoot videos and pictures for you for free. The guide also brought fish feed to attract the fish. The views during snorkeling were amazing. Then for the sightseeing, because we needed to catch the ferry at 5pm and it was a long way, we did not have too much time at each spot. The driver would occupy nice spots and take pictures for you. I pushed for videos and pictures in the next few days, thinking what would take so long to just upload everything to Google Drive. Then today finally they sent me the link. I was shocked to see they are just pictures and videos of me myself! Not everything for everyone together! That would be a huge amount of work to pick the pictures and clip the videos for every single customer! I am so grateful.

In terms of it was very nice. However, when getting on and off we had to go down and up a sloping slope (for coral and other rock). My wife fell and badly injured her leg and hip. Only help came from the fellow passengers. An improvement point would therefore be e.g. kind of scaffolding. The snorkeling was neatly arranged.

Not quite what was advertised! We thought we were signing up for a 11-12hr long snorkeling adventure but we did hours of travel for literally 12-15mins at each snorkeling site. The last point we were allowed 7mins in the water. Overall the trip was well less than 11hrs (as advertised) for less than 1hr actually in the water. Despite this, the water was beautiful and the fish were lovely. I could have stayed in the water all day! It is a shame we were rushed through the sites. No mantas, dolphins or turtles - but obviously one cannot control nature. We made the best of it but were ultimately disappointed with what we paid for.

Way overpriced for what we got . Should have just booked from the port were people got the same trip at a fraction of the price . Don’t mind paying a bit extra to the locals but not that much

Well, I went here with friends to relieve stress. Then on this Nusa Penida Tour what I liked was being able to snorkel safely. Really super clean and clear sea water. You can enjoy seeing colorful small fish, turtles and others as much as you like. The facilities are very complete and well serviced.
