Bier is de ruggengraat van San Diego en North Park is een biermekka. Het doel van de Beerucation Tour is om diep in de bierwereld van San Diego te duiken en een veelvoud aan verschillende stijlen te proberen, van een veelvoud aan verschillende brouwerijen. We bestellen al deze gekke bieren bij bars enz. Maar weten we echt wat we drinken, met welk eten we het kunnen combineren en wat het zo lekker maakt. Terwijl je geniet van een aantal hiervan, zal er geweldige kennis te vinden zijn in een gebied dat gevuld is met kunst en cultuur. - Loop 3-4 lokale ambachtelijke brouwerijen binnen en krijg de kans om te proeven en te leren over een verscheidenheid aan verschillende bierstijlen, het brouwproces, eten en bier koppelen en wat er nodig is om een succesvolle brouwerij te starten -Leer hoe je bier combineert met eten terwijl je kauwt op een aantal heerlijke snacks -Leer meer over een buurt die van een gebied vol met straatauto's naar een land van hipsters en beroemde restaurants ging -Dit is NIET alleen voor biernerds. Ontmoet onze ervaren lokale biernerd in de iconische wijk North Park in San Diego. Je groep krijgt de kans om elkaar te leren kennen en je gids geeft je een overzicht van je avontuur. Terwijl je door deze hipstergerichte wijk loopt, krijg je de kans om te stoppen bij enkele van de bekroonde brouwerijen van San Diego. Bij elke brouwerij krijg je de kans om een verscheidenheid aan unieke lokale bieren te proberen, terwijl je leert over dingen zoals bierproeven, eten en bier combineren, en de bekroonde bierwereld van San Diego! Only 3 stops and beer only at the first stop. Too much beer at first stop. All of us were very hungry by second stop. Tour guide talked too much and more about him! Very self-centered person, plus he was late for start of the tour.

However, unforeseen circumstances can occasionally arise, and the guide did inform you well over an hour in advance of the adjusted arrival time. Regarding the tour itself, this was a beer tour, and the full itinerary was clearly explained before the tour began. The number of tastings were the same at the first two stops, and since this is a beer-focused experience, an ample number of tastings is part of the tour’s design. Lastly, our guides are there to educate, engage, and create a personal connection with guests by sharing relevant insights, including personal experiences that enhance the discussion of flavors, food pairings, and beer culture. We’re sorry to hear the experience did not meet your expectations, but it seems this may not have been the right tour for what you were looking for. Be prepared to have some education and fun. Excellent food pairings (who would have thought that certain foods bring out the flavor of the beer??!!) Stefan was high energy, knowledgeable and passionate! Great tour!

We visited 3 different places in North park where each time we tasted 4 different beers, snack was provided, mainly cheese…but I would suggested to eat something on the side ;-) The guide was knowledgeable and friendly, we had a great time!
